Mobile Web Proxy is a (CGI) tool to make more Web pages available from some mobile devices (cell phone Web browsers, etc.).
When I began using my cell phones mobile web browser, one of the things I realized was that there were a lot of web pages that my cell phones web browser simply wouldnt let me see. My shiny new Motorola Razr from T-Mobile, for many pages, would display an error message like "413: Page cannot be displayed." It happened annoyingly often; browsing the web from my cell phone was a lot like trying to read a book or a magazine with large chunks simply ripped out. And when I tried troubleshooting, I might have missed something, but it seemed like a big problem without an easily available solution.
So I tried to provide my own solution. I made a proxy that would present webpages for the mobile web so that they would display in a way that would work for my cell phones web browser. Technologies include paging, tag cleaning, and optional caching to improve performance, but without getting into technical details, this means that I can access some pages on the web that I couldnt access earlier.
Enhancements:
- A bug that caused the script to spuriously report 404 errors was fixed.
- A smaller default page size was set so that tag-rich pages would be rendered in a way more likely to be displayable on mobile Web browsers.

oSync is a profile synchronizer for the Opera Web browser with a bookmark publishing ability. oSync project utilizes encryption, compression, hashes, file filters, and an NSIS installer.
Enhancements:
- Syncing is now threaded ==> 1-3 seconds faster syncs.
- Fixed a very odd merging bug
- Speeded up the merging algorithm a bit further.
- Random UI fixes, tracebacks all errors etc (Ubuntu users, please see error.log).

DACS is an open source identity management and access control system for web services. The web services can be virtually any static or computational resources provided through HTTP.
Main features:
- a flexible and powerful role-based access control system;
- a set of feature-rich authentication methods;
- an Apache 2.0.X module and suite of CGI programs;
- a federated identity management system (single sign-on);
- oriented towards (but not limited to) controlling access to web service requests made using standard web browsers;

DACS can help you to manage access to web resources in many situations, whether you have just one web server, several web servers at one site, or many web servers spread across the Internet.

Rhinohide is a Java implementation of the W3C DOM, layered over a Web browsers native JavaScript.
Rhinohide provides an interface for applets to manipulate their containing Web pages, using a standard Java binding of the DOM. The code is still in alpha, and coverage is incomplete, but at least partial support is provided for these DOM features:

w3m is a text-based web browser as well as a pager like `more or `less. Moreover, w3m can be used as a text formatting tool which typesets HTML into plain text.
With w3m you can browse web pages through Unix text mode, or consoles
Main features:
- When reading HTML document, you can follow links and view images (using external image viewer).
- It has internet message mode, which determines the type of document from header. If the Content-Type: field of the document is text/html, that document is displayed as HTML document.
