Bio::Factory::SeqAnalysisParserFactoryI is a Perl interface describing objects capable of creating SeqAnalysisParserI compliant parsers.

SYNOPSIS

This is an interface for factory classes capable of instantiating SeqAnalysisParserI implementing parsers.
The concept behind the interface is a generic analysis result parsing in high-throughput automated sequence annotation pipelines. See Bio::SeqAnalysisParserI for more documentation of this concept.

This is my fist DSP program attempt, my first jack client, and my first attempt to produce any sound, and im not programmer. THIS PROGRAM COMES WITH NO WARRANTY, and sure have tones of bugs.

Horgand is a organ ... generates sound like a FM sinthesizer in real time, good reason for use a fast computer, there are many others programs who emulate a organ and sure their sound is better, but i program what i need, and just for fun.

You can modify the frequency of all "drawars" and use the "effects".

Im not a DSP "guru" and belive me, i will never be. Sure Horgand has many "noises", but ... i remember old organs ... they have many "noises" too.

BioCluster is a peer-to-peer clustering platform for Asterisk, the open source PBX, which allows Asterisk to be used as a full carrier-grade telephony solution. This project is meant to be installed on several machines together with Asterisk, turning them into a VoIP cluster.

While the BioCluster peer-to-peer protocol was initially designed to cater to Asterisk-based clustering solutions, the BioCluster framework is capable of being extended to support various forms of normally unclustered devices or software packages.

Evince is a document viewer capable of displaying multiple and single page document formats like PDF and Postscript.

Evince has a lot of useful features, like indexing, fast searching, easy reading. It also provides nice thumbnails for all supported document types in nautilus.
Search
Integrated search displaying the number of results found and highlights the results on the page.
Page Thumbnails
Thumbnails of pages show quick reference for where youd like to go in a document. Evinces thumbnails are available in the left sidebar of the viewer.
Page Indexing
For documents that support indexes Evince gives the option to show the document index for quick jumping from one section to another.
