Debyer 0.1

Debyer 0.1

Debyer is a software for calculation of diffraction patterns. more>>
Debyer project takes as an input a file with atom positions and can output x-ray and neutron diffraction pattern, total scattering structure function, pair distribution function (PDF) and related functions (RDF, reduced PDF).

It can be run on any modern platform, from typical Linux or MS Windows workstation to large computer clusters. The parallel version uses MPI library.

Debyer is distributed under the terms of GNU General Public License.

Wyona Yulup is an extension which allows yulup to make Content Management as simple as it gets.

Yulup makes Content Management as simple as it gets. It decouples the Content Management User Interface from the server through the implementation of Neutron, Atom and WebDAV protocols.

Yulup allows editing of Plain-Text, HTML, XHTML and arbitrary XML (with XSLT stylesheets applied) documents in source and WYSIWYG mode.

McStas project is a general tool for simulating neutron scattering instruments.
McStas is a computer program (written in C) that enables you to model very precisely a neutron instrument described as a series of various components.
A source component shoots each neutron randomly (Monte-Carlo), and the particle is then propagated through the different instrument components.
These later act on the neutron characteristics (position, speed, direction, spin, etc.).
Usually, one installs some detectors along the neutron path to monitor its characteristics and flux.
Enhancements:
- General
- Update release, mainly bugfixes plus a few other things
- Documentation
- Component manual slightly updated according to adding/modification of components.
- Tools
- mcgui: A few bugfixes.
- Components
- DiskChopper.comp - new disc chopper component. Chopper.comp made obsolete. See mcdoc page / component manual for further details.
- Guide.comp - reads reflectivity tables from disk.
- Isotropic_Sqw - minor bugfixes, validated against PowerN, V_sample, etc.
- PowderN - validated against Isotropix_Sqw, Squires, experimental data.
