NetServer::Portal is a Perl module used to interactively manipulate daemon processes.

This module implements a framework for adding interactive windows into daemon processes. The portal server listens on port 7000+($$%1000) by default.

A top-like server is included that can help debug complicated event loops.

Yet Another Random Perl Portal (YARPP) is a simple Web portal environment. Yet Another Random Perl Portal is specifically designed to provide a portal that can be used to remotely manage small scale firewall products, such as net Juniper (Netscreen) 5 series devices.

- A crash if show_file gets called with an invalid file ID, a crash in subforums with unread posts,
- BBCode parsing failures on PHP 4 systems, conversion script mismatches in database fields, and post reply status checkboxes having no effect have all been fixed.

phpBB3 Portal a.k.a canverPortal which is a simple portal add-on/modification for phpBB3 Olympus. The project easy to use and improvable.

Enhancements:
- The code was tested and updated to phpBB3-CVS_2007-05-08 (B6-dev).
- Czech language files were added.
- A problem with the portal block overstretching on IE6 for the prosilver theme was fixed. The jumpbox was fixed.

- The main layout was changed.
- A new prosilver news block was added and tested.

Created by Xperience, Inc. for use in our Open Source Projects (XIWA, SandSurfer) it is in a usable state (helper applications are not yet completed but will be in the near future) and so is being released to allow people to start trying out our projects, etc.

SegyMAT is a set of Matlab files for reading and writing SEG-Y files from Matlab.
SegyMAT aims at being both simple to use to read SEG-Y files, and extensive enough to aid in writing complex seismic data.
A Python port of the library has initiated under the name : SegyPY.

Compute Portal Project is a portal project to produce a web based front end to a compute resource, such as a cluster, using PHP, mysql, and apache.
The intent is to allow non-programmers to use complex programs through an intuitive interface.
Enhancements:
- This is the third attempt to create a working release with an install script.
- The last two releases were plagued with copy and paste errors.
- This release is strictly a bugfix release that has been tested in a production environment.
- There may still be residual problems from the 0.8.8 to 0.8.9 transition that included the first install script and moved several directory locations.
