Well Open Pawn Projekt (OPP) is about to change all that. The Pawn shall make it possibly for you to command your computer exactly what you would like it to do.

Pawn is written in Perl, TCL TK and C++. Just to make it so portable as possible. Currently it will run on any Unix/Linux system.

The Aurora Project is an attempt to create a new generation of Linux distributions. It will try to break free from old patterns and establish Linux as a serious world player.
Currently, Aurora Project consists of the Aurora Desktop Environment which, unlike most other Linux-based desktop environments, dont attempts to accomplish everything but to remove the focus from system configuration and desktop customizing by creating an easy-to-use out-of-the-box intuitive and beutiful desktop experience.
The UI is (for now) somewhat Microsoft Windows-inspired. I am satisfied with the general layout of the panel and start menu, currently I am busy designing the core functionality of the desktop with the panel as my number one priority. Flame Project is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for producing Flash and Animated SVG files, similar to Macromedia Captivate. It is licensed under the LGPL.

Imagine a free, easy to use GUI authoring environment that helps you create visually impressive and actually useful learning material. The short term goal for this project is to provide such an environment, and were well on the way to a first release for doing that.

Initially similar to Macromedia Captivate, but a big part is the support for Animated SVG. Flash has at least one serious design limitation (from my POV) making it nearly useless for comprehensive eLearning, and this appears to be addressed by the SVG spec.

The long term goal for this project is to provide both a complete authoring solution (like the Macromedia Flash IDE), and the components for server side communication, but thats a long way off. Lets finish the first bits first.

The Cog Engine Project project consists of an online game authoring system.
The Cog Engine Project is a software suite aimed at simplifying the creation of video games. No prior programming experience is necessary.
The projects goal is to make building a video game easy enough for a motivated child to understand, while remaining as flexible and powerful as possible for the advanced user.
This development release includes new compass features that show a player which direction theyve come from, and which directions lead to rooms theyve already visited. Objects can also be manipulated directly through their Close Up images.
