SNMP::Monitor is a Perl package for monitoring remote hosts via SNMP.

The SNMP::Monitor module is a package for checking and watching arbitrary values via SNMP. Events can be triggered, Logging can be done, whatever you want.

The package is based on the SNMP package, but it is merely created for system administrators and not for programmers.

hfishs monitor is based on this theme (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=47852), I made some changes to best fit to my laptop.
Includes support for two cpus, two ethernet interfaces, ram, swap and two partitions, nvidia gpu temp.
Enhancements:
- Added nVidia GPU temp support

lm-monitor is a daemon that run sensors at a defined interval (15 seconds by default) and checks the output
If a sensor value has gone outside the defined limit since the last reading, an email message is sent to one or more administrators, alerting them about the condition so they can take appropriate action.
lm-monitor requires the lm-sensors package and a working email configuration, including the "mail" command.
Enhancements:
- Found and corrected a bug in MailText() that generated unvalid indices into SData member arrays.
- Wrote a script to create an unprivileged system account.
- Added code to drop root privilegies and run as the system account mentioned above.
- The install target creates a separate directory for lm-monitor in $(PIDDIR) (normally /var/run), and sets owner and group to lm-monitor. This is neccesary for lm-monitor to be able to remove the pidfile on exit, after having dropped root privilegies.
- Corrected the manpage regarding the --verify-config option.
- Added --help and --version as valid options (previously only -h and -v was accepted).
- Found and corrected a bug in EvaluateAlarm() where newBits was used instead of oldBits when composing mail messages for restored alarms.

Aazmat Monitor is a SuperKaramba system monitoring widget.

It was adapted to meet office theme and added a few new monitors all of them are built into there own theme file so you can place them were you like.

FTP Monitor is a simple panel applet, which monitors incoming connections to ftpd(vsftpd/ncftpd/pure-ftpd/proftpd) and generates passive popups.
For pure-ftpd, ncftpd, proftpd it acts as a frontend to pure-ftpwho, ncftpd_spy and ftpwho respectively. For vsftpd, it looks in output of ps -fe.
Enhancements:
- Update the change in ftp daemon (or path) withour requiring a restart
- Fixed the bug (introduced in 0.70) that FTP status will not update
- For large panels, the icon is now centered

Server Monitor is a theme which displays the status of your servers. Also you can start / stop them by clicking the names.

You cann add servers by editing the py-file. You may resize theme in the .theme-fille.

hdd monitor displays your hard disk drives and removable devices dynamically. Need python-qt3 and python-imaging in order to work.

Sorry for all this mess with 1.3.* , as always i forgot things, and didnt do enough testing...

Although this is still WIP (Work In Progress) for me, i release it. (I promised myself i wont make you wait too long, as i hate to wait for a new version of a program)

Now with the skins you can all get rid of the "hdd meter" text.

---- Some rules about the skins ----

The skin must be of 4 files, named as follow :
* top.png : the top of the theme
* bottom.png : need an explanation ?
* hdd.png : the background image of each and every device
* vumeter.png : the bar image itself

The images can be any size, the only thing you have to do is create a skin.conf (there is an example in the package) with the x and y positions of the bar on the hdd.png.

For the next release i will focus on the configuration window, because it causes me problems to get the whole theme in a .skz file.

I will also be working on cool new features requested by a friend of mine, hdd monitor will rock soon !!
