Play What I Mean project allows a user to, from a single commandline or terminal, enter a string, or list of strings, that represent what he/she wishes to have played by whatsoever media player he chooses, the default being MPlayer, and then having that particular item be found and played.
What this essentially means is that if I were to have a sudden hankering to listen to a particular song or video, lets say Ice Pick by The Pillows, which happens to be the song to a particular music video that I enjoy watching. Under the traditional methods of video viewing I would be stuck with two potential courses of action for playing this particular file:
- Change directories several times to that one folder somewhere that I "know" its in, or
- Point and Click my mouse until I find that same directory and then search through what could be countless files to find it.
Each of these prospective choices have their own inherent difficulties and ire. Using the commandline often requires alot of typing to arrive at the desired directory, often times nestled deep within the tree.
Once there your problems only multiply by the number of files you actually store in your "media" folder, try ls | moreing through a heavily populated folder looking for the name of that file you wanted to play sometime, it isnt too fun and further is a waste of my valuable time.
You may be thinking at this point that the second option, the graphical one, must be easier since its exciting, full of pictures, and frankly novel, I disagree. I may not be the best judge on this matter, seeing as how I cant see out of my right eye however, I feel that scanning through a large folder, or folders, full of files is quite a strain on the vision, and more importantly an unnescesary burden on what should be a simple matter.

MazeRunner project is a very extensible puzzle game that is also meant to be (somewhat) a Mario clone, featuring good music, graphics (2D), and other features.

Permatomumas is a theme made on Mandriva 2007.0 distribution, and was selected Mandriva Theme. I used some wallpapers from kde-look.org.

The name means Transparent in Lithuanian.

Extract to ~/.kde/share/apps/kstyle/themes/ 2 dirs 1 thm file ;)

eXperience is the successor of the eXperienceCrystal icon theme.

eXperience doesnt include any of Everaldos icons anymore, but just uses them as a fallback. This means a great decrease in filesize!

With this release the iconrc is almost needed anymore, since all the icons are addressed by the name of the actual svg files.

The pam_ccreds module provides the means for Linux workstations to locally authenticate using an enterprise identity when the network is unavailable. Used in conjunction with the nss_updatedb utility, it provides a mechanism for disconnected use of network directories. They are designed to work with pam_ldap and nss_ldap, also available from PADL.
Here are some benefits of using pam_ccreds:
Uses the Pluggable Authentication Module API defined in OSF DCE RFC 86.0 (with Linux-PAM extensions)
Supports any PAM authentication module
Secure cached credentials provides for verification only
The pam_ccache module supports Linux only.
The present implementation requires Linux-PAM as it takes advantage of the extended configuration syntax of pam.conf. (See the example configuration file included with the
software for an example of configuring it with pam_ldap.) On platforms that do not use Linux-PAM you would need a wrapper PAM module to choose an action based on the
previous modules return code.

mod_auth_useragent allows you to forbid clients based on their User-Agent by placing a single line in your Apache httpd.conf.

Be aware that this is by no means a security measure as it is trivial to change your User-Agent in most browsers.

Sokoban was invented in Japan and the original program was written by Hiroyuki Imabayashi. Sokoban is copyright (c) 1982 Thinking Rabbit Inc. Japan.
"Sokoban" means "warehouse keeper" in Japanese; the goal of the game is to push all the crates into the designated crate positions.
The levels provided are not my own, they are public domain.
