NTK manager provides a project and employees manager.

NTK manager is a client/server application for managing employees and the projects they work on in a fast and efficient manner.

Xmp Manager application is a GUI to manage XMP metadatas on GNU/Linux. Currently XmpManager is a very experimental software and it could not work as expected. The features implemented are minimal.
Why should I use metadatas?
Metadatas permit to attach more info to your files, ex. description, author, coordinates.. This datas are embedded in the image file, so you wont lose them even if youll upload the image on a website or you will burn this image on a DVD.
Why should I use XMP?
- XMP is an extensible schema (proposed by Adobe) so your EXIF, IPTC, JFIF,.. metadatas could still live XMP. the main advantage is that it is extensible and xml based so if you need more fields you havent reinvent the wheel, or another incompatible standard, but just a new schema.
- XMP is the embedded preferred format for the Creative Common Licence. (in italiano)
- XMP is filetype-indipendent, it supports JPEG, PSD, TIFF, AVI, WAV, MPEG, MP3, MOV (via XMP Toolkit version 4.0)
Main features:
- It support title, description, creator fields (but It is very easy to add new fields)
- It writes metadatas on-the-fly
- It support multiple image editing

Sol Manager is a tool to manage your source files and configuration settings. SolMgr organizes project information in compiler- and platform-independent descriptions and allows conversion to native build scripts, such as makefiles or MS Visual Studio solutions.

GUI is provided to visually control project configurations, and to perform everyday project management tasks such as files addition/removal, dependency management etc.

Notice: SolMgr is under heavy development currently, so it lacks many features and functionality.

Font Manager is a font manager for GNOME. Font Manager cannot do any font management tasks yet, but is already useful for picking fonts.

qSheff is a a email filter and a wrapper for the qmail queue that scans email for viruses and spam. Infected messages are rejected before they reach the queue, so the server doesnt perform any job for them. After checking the message, it will wake the qmail queue.

Gmail Manager extension allwos you to manage multiple Gmail accounts and receive new mail notifications.

Displays your account details including unread messages, saved drafts, spam messages, labels with new mail, space used, and new mail snippets

RSync Manager provides a set of scripts to manage and automate rsync-reliant sites.
RSync Manager (RSM) is a set of Python scripts to add and update packages for rsync-based mirror sites, and also create some nice HTML statistics from the logs. It is mainly written for large site management, with extensibility in mind.
To get started, run add_mirror. That will ask you some questions (you can use command line editing if your python installation provides with readline module), including the remote site (tha must have rsyncd available), the remote module (which can be a module name like CTAN, or FTP, for example or maybe a path under a module, e.g. ftp/pub/graphics/gimp/), if you want to
exclude something (read rsync man pages about the exclusion rules, you can use many exclude patterns separated with spaces here), if you want compression, if you must use authentication etc.
After you answer all questions that script will create a file under RSYNCDIR/etc/pkg with the name of the remote site. All packages from that site will go in that file. I suggest
you use this script only when adding mirrors, to save you typos.
The main script, do_sync, can be run afterwards. If it is run without arguments it updates all packages. You can also provide command line arguments to update specific packages. All arguments must have the form host::module.
Enhancements:

Lyrics Manager is an amaroK script that manages the song lyrcis.
Main features:
- Edit lyrics with your favorite editor
- Export lyrics to file
- Import lyrics from file
You can setup your editor (for editing) and directory with texts (for import and export) via script configuration. Script will take care of html break tags while importing and exporting lyrics text, so you can edit and store plain text with correct rendering it in amaroK.
