LiON Library is a full nonblocking, single thread library with an API that is portable and easy to use.
LiON Library has full network support, files, and pipes (for spawning children, or processes to communicate with). All types can also be rate (KB/s) limited, and full SSL support is included.

T28 library is a simple library that allows interaction with a Ericsson T28 phone (and probably works with other models as well). T28 library does not have SMS support.

FFI::Library is a module with Perl Access to Dynamically Loaded Libraries.

SYNOPSIS

This module provides access from Perl to functions exported from dynamically linked libraries. Functions are described by signatures, for details of which see the FFI modules documentation.

Java Network Stack provides a Java library for research oriented network programming.

Java Network Stack is a library used by the DIMES project to create new internet measurements. It provides a clean API for packet manipulation, send, receive, filter, and analysis. It is a unification of raw socket capabilities, MAC level networkingm, and IPv6 capabilities.

poker-network project includes a poker server, a client library, an abstract user interface library, and a client based on it.

The server deals the cards and checks the user actions using a poker game engine (poker-engine). It listens on a TCP/IP port and understands its own specific protocol. The persistent information is stored in a MySQL database.

The client library implements the poker-network protocol for the client. The abstract user interface library provides a framework based on the client library and suited to implement a user friendly client.

asio is a cross-platform C++ library for network programming that provides developers with a consistent asynchronous I/O model using a modern C++ approach.

asio is released under the Boost Software License.

CVS Perl library is a Perl module which is a wrapper around the CVS command with an object-oriented interface.

Installation:

To install this module type the following:

Papyrus is a 2d C++ scenegraph library that utilizes the cairo library to perform drawing operations. In this respect, Papyrus Library is similar to the Gnome::Canvas library.

The initial implementation focuses on function over form, and as a result it should not be considered an optimized run-time library (but it does run reasonably well).
