Free kdepopup 0.1.9 software for linux

kdepopup is a project that allows you to receive and send messages via Samba.
kdepopup uses smbclient to send SMB messages. Incoming SMB messages will be shown in a seperate window.
You may reply to these messages or save them to a file.
kdepopup is running as a server under KDE and can also issue smbclient -M commands.
This lets you receive, send and reply to these messages.
It relies on a running nmbd (and I think smbd).

Luau is an attempt at breaking up the old-style of software updates - browsing web sites, checking freshmeat.net, subscribing to autoupdate services provided by individual distrbutors, etc. - by providing a decentralized approach to software distribution.

In short, Luau allows individual software developers to simply (very simply) provide an outlet for disseminating updates (both in the form of software upgrades and text messages) to their userbase.

lnkMusic project is a new and cool interface for MPD (Music player daemon, www.musicpd.org ). I created it to make a very powerful and easy to use player, just like cool programs like amarok are. It is written in gambas so u need to install it before using lnkmusic.

It has some nice features like playlist sorting and a nice tray system that lets you control mpd by the tray tooltip without having to open the main window. The tag browser is amarok-like with an integrated search engine.

gfhcmc is a GTK2 based application to monitor and control the Stanfords Folding@home linux client program.
Excellent example of gtk/glib programing with gconf and glibs g_io_channel... socket interfaces. Includes a active monitoring daemon (gfhcmd) to start/stop and control the FAH linux client program.
And a gtk2 based client (gfhcmc) that connect to one or more daemons to collect and display the monitored statistics. A standlone (gfhcm) program is also included that contains both feature sets for a single local machine.
Main features:
The initd service daemon GFHCMD which starts when Linux starts or boots. This daemon controls:
- starting the F@H client(s)
- stoping the clients
- logging key details of completed work units
- transmitting key details to remote client(gfhcmc)

REminiscence is a rewrite of the engine used in the game Flashback from Delphine Software.

REminiscence is designed as a cross-platform replacement for the original executable and uses the SDL library.

What are the differences between this and the original engine ?

You can save/load the game state at any time and you can also play in fullscreen or windowed mode.

LoFiMo is used to monitor logfiles in real time. The output is presented via a web interface and optionally on the console.
Using the web interface it is possible to monitor log files from a remote machine. LoFiMo can be used to colorize the log entries using filters.
Filters can also be used to reformat log entries, hide log entries or play sounds or execute commands when certain log entries are read.
LoFiMo uses inputs to read log entries from different file formats. It can for instance parse files created by the syslog daemon or the apache web server.
