run 0.1
run adds a service menu for all file types. more>>
run adds a service menu for all file types. This service menu will just call the file in the command line using the active folder as work folder.
Makes running some scripts and applications much easier (Some require work folder to be the same where they are located so double-clicking does not work).
Maybe a good fix would be to make it available only for files that have the executable permission

SuperTux 0.3.0
SuperTux is a classic 2D jumpn run sidescroller game in a style similar to the original SuperMario games. more>>
SuperTux project is a classic 2D jumpn run sidescroller game in a style similar to the original SuperMario games. The Milestone1 release of SuperTux features 9 enemies, 26 playable levels, software and OpenGL rendering modes, configurable joystick and keyboard input, new music and completly redone graphics.
Together with a little story, we hope to provide a good gaming experince with this first Milestone release.
The improvments in Milestone1 are in huge part the result of the work done surrounding the Game of the Month March 2004 event on happypenguin.org.
The Milestone1 section of this webpage was mainly used to coordinate development and to post sketches and other things. It will give you an overview of the development of the features and enemies that have gone in Milestone1, it might be a bit outdated and is mainly present for historic reasons to those interested in the development.
Enhancements:
- new, OpenGL- and OpenAL-based engine
- final boss for Icy Island
- brand new Forest World with new badguys and new game objects
- new and improved soundtrack, immersive sound effects
- much more...

Amphetamine 0.8.10
Amphetamine is a cool Jumpn Run adventure game witch offers some unique visual effects. more>>
Amphetamine is a cool Jumpn Run adventure game witch offers some unique visual effects Amphetamine was created by Jonas Spillmann.
I ported it from Windows to Linux. It will also work under some versions of Solaris on SPARC. The current version uses SDL.
The Unix/SDL version is maintained by Lukas Loehrer.
Controls:
left/right arrows move
left control fire
space bar jump
tab action (press buttons)
ESC menu
ALT+s screenshot
You can customize most controls by copying the file user.conf from the Amphetamine data directory to your ~/.amph directory. Modify it to suit your needs.
Gameplay:
Many aspect of the gameplay are controlled by the file amph.conf in the main Amphetamine directory. Of most interest are the options right at the beginning of the file that control the physics. If the game seems to slow/fast to you, changing some of those values may help.
DGA Mode:
Use the option --fullscreen to enable DGA fullscreen support. I cannot test this myself, because my X Server does not support it properly. I am grateful for any feedback regarding this option.

IPC::Run::Simple 1.3
IPC::Run::Simple is a simple system() wrapper. more>>
IPC::Run::Simple is a simple system() wrapper.
SYNOPSIS
# Run a command and check whether it failed
use IPC::Run::Simple;
run("echo Hello, O Cruel World")
or die "Command failed";
# Describe the failure
use IPC::Run::Simple qw($ERR);
run("echo Hello, O Cruel World")
or die "Command failed: $ERR";
# Use the :all tag instead of explicitly requesting $ERR
use IPC::Run::Simple qw(:all);
run("echo Hello, O Cruel World")
or die "Command failed: $ERR";
# Die with error message if command does not return 0
use IPC::Run::Simple qw(:Fatal);
run("echo Hello, O Cruel World");
# Allow other exit values without dying
use IPC::Run::Simple qw(:Fatal);
run(command => [ "echo", "Hello, O Cruel World!" ],
allowed => [ 1, 2, 5 ]);
This module is intended to be a very simple, straightforward wrapper around the system() call to make it behave more like other builtins.
run() will return a true value if the command was executed and return a successful status code, and false otherwise. The reason for the failure will be stored in the $IPC::Run::Simple::ERR variable (which is just $ERR if you import either $ERR or :all). The description of the reason was pulled almost directly from the system() documentation.
Optionally, you can import the :Fatal tag, which will cause run() to die() with an appropriate message if the command fails for any reason.
If you wish to allow nonzero exit values but still want to trap unexpected errors, you may use an expanded call syntax. Call run() with a set of key=>value pairs. The two implemented keys are command (an array reference containing the command to run) and allowed (an array reference of exit values that are allowed without causing run() to return false or throw an exception.)

The configuration file is stored in $HOME/.clay/ directory.
There are 8 examples named wmtunlorc.example1 thru wmtunlorc.example8. To test these examples rename selected file to wmtunlorc and put it into $HOME/.clay/ directory, then run wmtunlo.
You can assign three programs to run when double-click is performed (look at options in wmtunlorc file for details).
Enhancements:
- command line options was replaced by a config file
- now, we can run up to 3 programs on double-click (based on patch by Alan Jurgensen)
