STX Expression Parser 0.7

STX Expression Parser 0.7

STX Expression Parser provides a C++ framework. more>>
STX Expression Parser provides a C++ framework, which can process user-specified expression strings containing program-specific variables. It can be integrated into applications to allow user-customized data selection and filtering.

The expresssion strings are intuitive SQL-like WHERE-clauses and can contain arbitrarily complex arithmetic. At the same time the parse tree evaluation speed is guaranteed to be fast enough to safely iterate over larger data sets. The framework uses the Boost.Spirit parser library combined with a versatile custom scalar value class.

The expression parser can process arbitrarily complex arithmetic expressions like those seen below. To access application-defined data, functions and variables may be included in the expression. An expression can be used as a boolean filter by using comparison and logic operators.

Jericho HTML Parser 2.4

Jericho HTML Parser 2.4

Jerich HTML Parser is a simple but powerful java library allowing analysis and manipulation of parts of an HTML document. more>>
Jerich HTML Parser is a simple but powerful java library allowing analysis and manipulation of parts of an HTML document, including some common server-side tags, while reproducing verbatim any unrecognised or invalid HTML. It also provides high-level HTML form manipulation functions.
Jericho HTML Parser project is an open source library released under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). You are therefore free to use it in commercial applications subject to the terms detailed in the licence document.
Main features:
- No parse tree of the entire document is ever generated. The document source text is searched only for the markup relevant to the current operation. This allows the library to analyse and modify documents containing incorrect or badly formatted HTML or any other server or client side code, script, macro or markup. Most other parsers cant handle content that they are not explicitly programmed to accept.
- The beginning and end positions in the source text of all parsed segments are accessible, allowing modification of only selected segments of the document without having to reconstruct the entire document from a parse tree. This feature, in combination with the one above, makes the toolkit extremely powerful in its simplicity.
- Provides a simple but comprehensive interface for the analysis and manipulation of HTML form controls, including the extraction and population of initial values, and conversion to read-only or data display modes. Analysis of the form controls also allows data received from the form to be stored and presented in an appropriate manner.
- ASP, JSP, PSP, PHP and Mason server tags can be registered for recognition by the parser, and are recognised as accurately as is possible without incorporating actual parsers for these languages into the library. The library then allows any of these segments to be ignored when parsing the rest of the document so that they do not interfere with the HTML syntax. (see Segment.ignoreWhenParsing())
- Custom tag types can be easily defined and registered for recognition by the parser.
Enhancements:
- This version has been released under a dual licence system, allowing a choice between the Eclipse Public License (EPL) and the LGPL.
- It includes important bugfixes and introduces the following major features: simple rendering of HTML markup into text, integrated logging with various logging frameworks, and easier parsing of HTML tags containing server tags.

SVG::Parser 1.01

SVG::Parser 1.01

SVG::Parser is a Perl module with XML Parser for SVG documents. more>>
SVG::Parser is a Perl module with XML Parser for SVG documents.

SYNOPSIS

#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use strict;
use SVG::Parser;

die "Usage: $0 n" unless @ARGV;

my $xml;
{
local $/=undef;
$xml=;
}

my $parser=new SVG::Parser(-debug => 1);
my $svg=$parser->parse($xml);
print $svg->xmlify;

and:

#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use strict;
use SVG::Parser qw(SAX=XML::LibXML::Parser::SAX Expat SAX);

die "Usage: $0 n" unless @ARGV;
my $svg=SVG::Parser->new()->parsefile($ARGV[0]);
print $svg->xmlify;

SVG::Parser is an XML parser for SVG Documents. It takes XML as input and produces an SVG object as its output.

SVG::Parser supports both XML::SAX and XML::Parser (Expat) parsers, with SAX preferred by default. Only one of these needs to be installed for SVG::Parser to function.

A list of preferred parsers may be specified in the import list - SVG::Parser will use the first parser that successfully loads. Some basic measures are taken to provide cross-compatability. Applications requiring more advanced parser features should use the relevant parser module directly; see SVG::Parser::Expat and SVG::Parser::SAX

If you want to install the script in your own private space, use
$ perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=/home/joeuser
INSTALLMAN1DIR=/home/joeuser/man/man1
INSTALLMAN3DIR=/home/joeuser/man/man3
$ make
$ make test
$ make install # can do this step as joeuser
Note that `make test` does nothing interesting.
Enhancements:
- This release improves the LTP parser and adds a parse_ltp script that prints a tabular summary of the PASS/FAILs of test cases.

DKP Log Parser 1.4.1

DKP Log Parser 1.4.1

DKP Log Parser (DKPLP) is a tool designed to help administrate time-based and/or event-based DKP reward system. more>>
DKP Log Parser (DKPLP) is a tool designed to help administrate time-based and/or event-based DKP reward system in conjunction with EQDKP (or any other DKP software implementing a required interface). The project is configurable to be compatible with any game that produces any kind of log. There are currently predefined pattern sets for EverQuest, EverQuest2 and World of Warcraft (with CT RaidTracker). If you are playing another game then you can either write new patterns for it yourself, or ask the the forum (be sure to include a sample log though).
DKP Log Parsers goal is to reduce the administrative overhead of running complex DKP reward system, by parsing the logs, calculating the DKP per person and sending the results (the loot, raids, participants and DKP) directly to EQDKP (or other DKP software). Its widely configurable, allowing it to be used by the many variations of zero-sum and time-based DKP around.
Overview of how DKP Log Parser is used
DKP Log Parser is a software program run on a users desktop (Windows or Unix). It reads in the contents of a game log once a raid has been completed, parses all the information and displays the data for administrators to edit. Once happy with the information, the administrator uploads the data from their PC to the DKP Log Parser plugin on an EQDKP webserver (or any other server implementing the required DKPLP interface), where it can be viewed by all members of the DKP system.
Main features:
- Inbuilt support for Everquest, Everquest II, World of Warcrafts CT RaidTracker plugin, and Ventrilo.
- Extensible enough to be able to handle most logs.
- Time based dkp:
- Accrue DKP by minute, by interval, by event or by a combination of these.
- Zero-sum DKP can be enabled (by minute or by interval) or disabled.
- Tag certain intervals as being more or less important by using weightings to adjust the DKP.
- Data export:
- Upload data to for example EQDKP, select from a number of different data representations.
- Export to plain text
- Export to BB forum markup
- Export to wiki markup
- Export to XML
- Member list and alt character list synchronises with server, making it easy to share setups with other users.
- Optional autocompletion database to remember item names and values between sessions.
- Preprocessors available to perform other operations on the log file. The skys the limit!

DNS name parser is a Java utility library for parsing dns names, ip and hw addresses.

Synopsis

import su.netdb.parser.*;

Parser parser = new Parser();

Hashtable result = parser.parse(str);

System.out.println("string: "+result.get("string"));
System.out.println("hw: "+result.get("hw"));
System.out.println("name: "+result.get("name"));
System.out.println("domain: "+result.get("domain"));
System.out.println("ip_low: "+result.get("ip_low"));
System.out.println("ip_high: "+result.get("ip_high"));

"DNS name parser" is an utility library created to be used in a search application. Given a single input field its function is to differentiate between several types of possible input strings. Namely if it a dns name, IP address (exact, ip range or ip with wildcards) or hardware address. The result of the parsing is a Hashtable with possible keys "string", "hw", "name", "domain", "ip_low" and "ip_high".

PerlPoint::Parser 0.45

PerlPoint::Parser 0.45

PerlPoint::Parser Perl module is a PerlPoint Parser. more>>
PerlPoint::Parser Perl module is a PerlPoint Parser.

SYNOPSIS

# load the module:
use PerlPoint::Parser;

# build the parser and run it
# to get intermediate data in @stream
my ($parser)=new PerlPoint::Parser;
$parser->run(
stream => @stream,
files => @files,
);

The PerlPoint format, initially designed by Tom Christiansen, is intended to provide a simple and portable way to generate slides without the need of a proprietary product. Slides can be prepared in a text editor of your choice, generated on any platform where you find perl, and presented by any browser which can render the chosen output format.

To sum it up, PerlPoint Software takes an ASCII text and transforms it into slides written in a certain document description language. This is, by tradition, usually HTML, but you may decide to use another format like XML, SGML, TeX or whatever you want.

Well, this sounds fine, but how to build a translator which transforms ASCII into the output format of your choice? Thats what PerlPoint::Parser is made for. It performs the first translation step by parsing ASCII and transforming it into an intermediate stream format, which can be processed by a subsequently called translator backend. By separating parsing and output generation we get the flexibility to write as many backends as necessary by using the same parser frontend for all translators.

PerlPoint::Parser supports the complete GRAMMAR with exception of certain tags. Tags are supported the most common way: the parser recognizes any tag which is declared by the author of a translator. This way the parser can be used for various flavours of the PerlPoint language without having to be modified. So, if there is a need of a certain new flag, it can quickly be added without any change to PerlPoint::Parser.

The following chapters describe the input format (GRAMMAR) and the generated stream format (STREAM FORMAT). Finally, the class methods are described to show you how to build a parser.

Simple Plain Xml Parser 0.4

Simple Plain Xml Parser 0.4

Simple Plain Xml Parser is a simple and plain xml parser written in C++. more>>
Simple Plain Xml Parser (spxml) is a simple and plain xml parser written in C++. spxml supports pull-model and DOM-model xml parsing.
spxml is a stream-oriented parser. As the user passes it chunks of the input XML document, spxml identifies elements, character data or other entities and return the appropriate event. The size of the chunks is controlled by the user; chunks can range from one byte to the whole XML document.
spxml pull parser does not need to be told when the document is ended. On the contrary, spxml pull parser will tell us when it has finished parsing a root ( or other ) element. spxml pull parser can therefore safely read from pipes, can process sequences of XML documents without extra delimiters, and can handle selected parts of a document.
spxml DOM parser parses an XML document, and builds a DOM tree that can be read, modified, and saved.
Enhancements:
- This release adds UTF-8 encoding and processing instruction support.

Rsync::Config::Parser 0.3.1

Rsync::Config::Parser is a simple Perl module for Rsync configuration parser. more>>
Rsync::Config::Parser is a simple Perl module for Rsync configuration parser.

SYNOPSIS

use Rsync::Config::Parser;
use Rsync::Config;

sub main {
my $parser = new Rsync::Config::Parser();

my $conf = $parser->parse(/etc/rsyncd.conf);
}

SUBROUTINES/METHODS

new()

Class constructor. Accepts a hash with the following options:

eat_trail_spaces (def. 0)

Removes the trail spaces from all lines.

parse($filename, $opt)

Calls the parser. You can override the defaults options by giving a hash ref ($opt). Returns a Rsync::Config object.

eat_trail_spaces

my $eat_trails = $parser->eat_trail_spaces;
$parser->eat_trail_spaces(1);

Both accessor and mutator, eat_trail_spaces can be used to get the current value or to change it.

If no arguments are provided, it will return the current eat_trail_spaces value.

If arguments are provided, first is considered to be the new eat_trail_spaces value and applied to the current object, all others being ignored.

As mutator, the current object will be returned (useful for method chaining).

If invalid value is passed , a fatal error is threw. Valid values are non-negative integers (0 included).

It can also be called as a class method, returning the default eat_trail_spaces value. In this case, no mutator mode is possible.
