TitanGS Java project is a multi-player role playing game set in the Star Trek universe.
TitanGS Java is a project to create a game base on the Star Trek universe, that would have no unnecessary rules. The only limits of the game are Star Trek physics (not very limiting).
What the achillies lacks in warp speed it more than makes up for in attack strength. It has some of the strongest phasers in StarFleet. Its array of micro torpedos makes it dangerous to attack from any angle.
The substantial crew complement required to operate, and the prohibitive cost of this ship keeps production fairly low.
Even though there arent many of them, theyre used quite extensively; due mostly to their high success rate.

RmiJdbc 3.3
RmiJdbc is a client/server JDBC Driver that relies on Java RMI. more>>
Need a Type 3 JDBC Driver for MS Access or SQL Server? Think RmiJdbc!
RmiJdbc project is a client/server JDBC Driver that relies on Java RMI.
All JDBC classes (like Connection, ResultSet, etc...) are distributed as RMI objects, so that you can distribute as you like the access to any database supporting the JDBC API.
In fact, RmiJdbc is just a bridge to allow remote access to JDBC drivers.
Why RmiJdbc?
- You develop a client/server application with databases on Windows (NT)? Use RmiJdbc along with the JDBC/ODBC Bridge, your Windows (NT) databases become remotely accessible in Java.
- You implement a JDBC Driver? Just implement the JDBC classes locally, dont bother with remote access!
- You need serializable JDBC classes? Here they are.
Enhancements:
- Add features/limitations/changes here

JSON-RPC-Java 1.0
JSON-RPC-Java provides an RPC implementation that allows JavaScript DHTML Web applications to call remote methods. more>>
JSON-RPC-Java provides an RPC implementation that allows JavaScript DHTML Web applications to call remote methods in a Java Application Server (AJAX functionality) without the need for page reloading.
JSON-RPC-Java library is an enabler for the next generation of fast and highly dynamic enterprise Java Web applications. Minimal changes (if any) are necessary to existing server-side Java code to allow calling from JavaScript (such as the marshalling and unmarshalling of special types), as JSON-RPC-Java dynamically maps JavaScript objects to and from Java objects using Java reflection.
Enhancements:
- The license has changed from the LGPL to the Apache License, Version 2.0.
- New object registration, lookup, and unregister APIs have been added to JSONRPCBridge.

BNF for Java 2007-01-24
BNF for Java is a parser/generator, or compiler-compiler. more>>
BNF for Java project is a parser/generator, or compiler-compiler. The parser reads your input text, or "terminals", specified by your BNF syntax.
The parser features indefinate look-ahead and back-track. As the grammar parses your file, it builds a parse-tree which carries the content in the structure of your grammar. Then the parse-tree is traversed, driving the output generators the you wrote in Java.
The compiler uses several files to control the project, so BNF for Java provides a Swing GUI to help you manage the BNF, Java, and XML files.

DBD::JDBC 0.70
DBD::JDBC is a JDBC proxy driver for the DBI module. more>>
DBD::JDBC is a JDBC proxy driver for the DBI module.
SYNOPSIS
use DBI;
$dbh = DBI->connect("dbi:JDBC:hostname=$hostname;port=$port;url=$url",
$user, $password);
# See the DBI module documentation.
DBD::JDBC is a Perl module which works in conjunction with a server written in Java to provide a DBI front end to a JDBC driver. The Perl module and Java server may be installed on different machines, as long as socket connections are allowed. The Java server portion is multi-threaded and supports multiple simultaneous connections.
This driver currently supports JDBC drivers which implement the JDBC 1.22 interface. JDBC 2.0-compatible drivers are expected to work, but no JDBC 2.0 functionality is explicitly exposed via DBD::JDBC. The $h->jdbc_func method exposes additional JDBC and driver-specific methods. Only Java methods with primitive or String parameters and return types are currently supported in this way.
The expected use for this module is as a DBI interface to databases with JDBC drivers but no DBI drivers. The implementation of this module was originally done for a non-SQL database in order to take advantage of the existing SQL parser in the databases JDBC driver.
The Java classes provided with this module also allow a Java application or servlet to create a JDBC connection and then execute a Perl script which can use that pre-existing JDBC connection via DBI. This particular functionality was implemented in order to allow Perl customizations to a Java servlet-based application. See the example in the example/ directory.

JDBC Driver for SQLite 006
JDBC Driver for SQLite is a thin layer on top of the SQLite 3.3.x C API. more>>
JDBC Driver for SQLite is a thin layer on top of the SQLite 3.3.x C API. The native JNI library has SQLite compiled into it so all you need to do is include the two files packaged above in your project.
Usage:
Download the binary for the platform you are developing on. Open the tarball and copy the two files into your application directory:
sqlitejdbc.jar
[lib]sqlitejdbc.[dll, so, jnilib]
Reference the driver in your code:
Class.forName("org.sqlite.JDBC");
Connection conn = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:sqlite:filename");
// ... use the database ...
conn.close();
And call your program with the drivers JAR file in the classpath and the C library in the librarypath. E.g.
java -cp lib/yourprog.jar:lib/sqlitejdbc.jar
-Djava.library.path=lib
yourprog.Main
Enhancements:
- The driver is now thread-safe and fully supports UTF-16.
- There are binaries for Mac OS, Linux, and Windows, and instructions for compiling with MSVC.

Fast MD5 Implementation in Java 2.6.1
Fast MD5 Implementation in Java is a heavily optimized implementation of the MD5 hashing algorithm written in Java. more>>
Fast MD5 Implementation in Java is a heavily optimized implementation of the MD5 hashing algorithm written in Java.
Fast MD5 Implementation in Java includes an optional native method for even greater speed improvements.
How Fast Is It?
Short answer:Much faster than any other Java implementation that I have tested and (surprisingly) even faster than the native, non-Java MD5 implementation on some systems.
Long answer:First of all, it is important to note that the term "fast" is used here in relative terms. The implementation of the MD5 message digest algorithm available on this page is written in Java and is fast compared with other implementations written in Java, both because it is heavily optimized by itself and because there is an optional native method that makes it even faster when the platform supports it. How it compares to a sensible implementation written in a language, such as C, that is compiled directly to machine code, is heavily dependent upon how good of a job the JIT compiler in your JVM does in compiling the code or whether you are able to use the optional native method.
Enhancements:
- Martin West contributed a bug fix and some code refactoring to make all targets work out of the box in the Ant build file. Previously, the "dist" target did not work if the "docs" directory was not present.

SJPT is parsing toolkit that supports both top-down (LL(1) and Simple Precedence) and bottom-up parsing (LR(0), SLR(1), LR(1) and LALR(1)).
The toolkit also supports generating Java parsers for all the bottom-up parsing methods, based on a CUP definition (similar to Yacc and CUP, but not restricted to LALR parsers only). I worked alone on this project for the laboratory on Compilers.
SJPT is free software under the terms of the GNU GPL.
