Java VideoLan Client Binding lets you use the VideoLan multimedia player in any Java software.

Enhancements:
- This release has a cleaner classes layout, and is more intuitive to use.

Avis client library is a Java API for clients accessing Elvin event routers, including the open source Avis event router and the commercial Mantara Elvin product.
Avis is an event router service compatible with the commercial Elvin implementation developed by Mantara Software. Avis provides a fast, general-purpose publish/subscribe message bus.
Elvin event routers alllow arbitrary messages, known as notifications, to be exchanged via a publish/subscribe model. Elvin clients subscribe to messages published by other clients using expressions that match messages by their content.
The content-based routing approach used in Elvin routers differs from many other message bus systems that operate by selecting messages published on pre-defined channels, and has the advantage of promoting a much higher level of decoupling between producers and consumers of events.
The name "Avis" derives from the French word avis, meaning advice or notification.
Enhancements:
- This release marks a stable baseline for the Java client API.
- The core set of features required for an Elvin client library are now implemented and stable, including subscription, notification, security, close event notification, liveness checking, and router connection option support.

VLS is a dedicated server that compiles under Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. It isnt under very active development at the moment and we advice you to consider the Stream Output functionality of VLC instead.

The network on which you setup the VideoLAN solution can be as small as one ethernet 10/100Mb switch or hub, and as big as the whole Internet! The bandwidth needed is:

* 0.5 to 4 Mbit/s for an MPEG-4 stream,
* 3 to 4 Mbit/s for an MPEG-2 stream read from a satellite card, a digital terrestial television card or an MPEG-2 encoding card,
* 6 to 9 Mbit/s for a DVD.

Redland RDF Library Language Bindings provides high-level language bindings for the Redland RDF C libraries, allowing full access to the C APIs along with enhancements for individual languages. Redland RDF Library Language Bindings currently provides bindings in C#, Java, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP and Tcl.
Configuring and building
Redland bindings uses the GNU automake and autoconf to handle system dependency checking. It is developed and built on x86 Linux (Redhat), but is also used extensively locally on various versions of sparc Sun Solaris 2.x. I also test it via SourceForges compile farm and it builds on Debian Linux (x86, Alpha, PPC and Sparc, IA64), FreeBSD (x86) and Apple OSX.
Configure tries very hard to find several programs and libraries that the Redland bindings need. These include the binding binaries: perl, python, etc., headers for the bindings such as the JDK, Python etc. and various others. A summary of the parts found is given at the end of the configure run. Several options to configure given below can be used to point to locations or names of dependencies that cannot be automatically determined.
Enhancements:
- All the bindings were synchronised with the Redland RDF Library release 1.0.6, adding a transactions API.
- Many updates and fixes were made to the Python and Ruby bindings, and other bugs were also fixed.

NNTP Client Lib is a Java implementation of RFC 997 for newsreaders, with support for authentication and logging.
NNTP Client Lib is meant to be used by newsreader implementations as some NNTP commands irrelevant for newsreaders are not implemented. Support for MIME or any other article encoding is not included.
If you want to quickly see nntpClientLib working, run NewsDemo . Note that this prints every message to System.err; you can edit NewsDemo.java and choose any other PrintStream.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- The POST and AUTHUSER commands havent been tested (yet).

- FIX NNTPConnectionImpl.disconnect() NullPointerException if host is unreachable.
- Add SSL support.
Enhancements:

Authorize.net AIM Client is a PHP client for the AIM API for Authorize.net.

Authorize.net customers can use this class to submit credit card charges to authorize.net. This is a PHP port of the Java class com.admc.lm.AIM.
