Nitrogen project is a background browser and setter for X.

It is written in C++ using the gtkmm toolkit. It can be used in two modes: browser and recall. It is multi-head friendly and can even work in GNOME. Nitrogen has been in development for over 2 years, due to real life and laziness. For more info, check out the features section.

bitmask project is a light-weight and fast 2D collision detection library.
The bitmask library provides pixel-perfect collision detection for use in games and other applications. Functions are provided for building bitmasks and testing them for intersection.
The routines can optionally provide a point of intersection and the number of overlapping pixels. The library aims for high performance and portability; it is written in ANSI C and is completely independent of the underlying graphics implementation.

Yet Another RSS Reader provides a RSS aggregator and reader that displays its results in the system tray.

Yet Another RSS Reader is an RSS aggregator and reader that displays its results in the GNOME notification area. To view the contents of the feed just click the menu-item and it will launch in your favorite browser. It is written in Perl and uses gtk2-perl for its interface.

Anatomic P2P is a BitTorrent Client written in GTK with an extension enabling decentralisation.

It is written in pygtk using the original core of BitTornado and it can access the Anatomic P2P network of supernodes and trackers so that files can be swarmed over multiple nodes on the network creating great efficiency.

TWIG is rapidly becoming a very useful intranet/groupware tool and application framework. It is written and implemented completely with the PHP programming language.
TWIG is a simple, cross-platform, fast and browser-independent way to access or share almost any kind of information, without the complexity or costs of other intranet/groupware packages.

imapbiff checks IMAP accounts for new mail. It uses images similar to those of the classic xbiff program. The project works similar to xbiff, except it is only used to check for new mail in IMAP accounts.

It is written in perl, and requires the Tk module for perl. It was written spefically to be docked in my fvwm2 button bar, as I could not find a simple xbiff like app that would do IMAP checks.

RSS Viewer is a comfortable and portable viewer for RSS/RDF-compatible newsfeeds. It is written completely in Java and licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Rss Viewer is proven to run on Windows, Linux and MacOS X. Other Java enabled platforms should work as well.

Prelaunch is a utility for the Linux desktop which significantly decrease the time to launch programs.

Pre- launch start the respective program during login not visible to the user. With this trick the real launch needs no time. It is written in C and GTK.

*Prelaunch will work with every desktop environment but only Gnome is supported at the moment (Adding new apps...).
