Bob the Butcher project is a distributed password cracker package.
This is ALPHA software, full of bugs, some of them being likely to be security holes. Besides, there is no client authentification, so anybody could impersonate a client and alter your search results.
Only use it on a trusted network!

./bob_client -b
If it segfaults, try again with:
./configure --enable-debug --disable-sse2
bob_server
Just run ./bob_server -k SECRET_KEY
bob_admin
Use it to add jobs and check status. For now only he following commands work:
newjob : add a new job
status : gives general status
jobinf : give detailled status
Dont forget to use the -k switch for PSK.
bob_client Put this one on as many computers as possible, and just run:
./bob_client -d -k SECRET_KEY server_host_name

Christine is a new Python, GTK+, GStreamer based media player. Is intended to be beautiful, usefull and fat free.

Christine lets you play your audio and video files in the same application. In a very very easy way. As christine is inteded to be small, and cuite we currently had no support for internet radio station, but we will in the future.

Christine will be plugable, so, there will be an unexplored.

pLauncher project is an emulator front-end for multiple emulators.
pLauncher allows you to centralize all of your emulator/ROM launching needs.
It is open ended enough to allow the launching of any emulator (xmame, snes9x, xmess, vgb, dgen, WINE, etc.) and its ROMS/binaries.

A Simple TimeSheet (ASTS) allows a group of people to record the hours spent working on a variety of projects. For each project, the hours can be divided into a number of different tasks. There are global projects and tasks but also personal projects and tasks for each user.
The main aim is to provide tools which are easy for the user to install and manage.
The tools will be implemented with as few external dependencies as possible. They will not, for example, depend on a database for storage but use flat files (maybe XML format) instead. ASTS, for example, requires just perl and the CGI and Date::Calc perl modules.
More sophisticated versions of the tools may be added in the future.

Gnome Simple Stateful Music Player (GSSMP) is a music player designed to work with the GNOME desktop environment. It does not store a database of all your music, but is designed to work with music files organised into directories. It is small, unobtrusive, and tries to do what you would expect, instead of asking you questions.

It remembers which file was playing on exit, and continues that file from the same place when you start again. In the future it is planned to add multiple bookmarks that are automatically created whenever a track stops playing for any reason (e.g. you choose another track, you exit, or you pause.)

GSSMP has been developed on Linux, but should theoretically work with any operating system that supports the standard GNOME environment.

Deb creator is a GTK wizard tool to build deb packages easily.

This software is based upon debhelper, dpkg-buildpackage, and other well tested tools. You can try to build simple package from source archive with some GNU-packaged software containing at least a Makefile and a configure script.

In the future this application will be able to perform advanced operation.

Note: you dont need any particular package building knowledge to use this.

The input is a bitmap (PBM, PGM, PPM, or BMP format), and the default output is an encapsulated PostScript file (EPS).
A typical use is to create EPS files from scanned data, such as company or university logos, handwritten notes, etc. The resulting image is not "jaggy" like a bitmap, but smooth. It can then be rendered at any resolution.
Potrace can currently produce the following output formats: EPS, PostScript, PDF, SVG (scalable vector graphics), Xfig, Gimppath, and PGM (for easy antialiasing). Additional backends might be added in the future.
Mkbitmap is a program distributed with Potrace which can be used to pre-process the input for better tracing behavior on greyscale and color images.
Enhancements:
- This release contains minor bugfixes and portability improvements. Rotation is now implemented in the PDF backend.

Firenze project helps you to easily subscribe to your favorite Podcast feeds and reveive them.
There is no gui in the works, and because of the intended simplicity of this program, one is not planned in the future either.
Also, Firenze is not intended to replace any other Podcaster receiver (like juice, jpodder or itunes). Firenze has the single goal of downloading enclosures from subscripted feeds fast and efficiently.
