SilentJack is a silence and dead air detector for the Jack Audio Connection Kit.

Usage: silentjack [options] [COMMAND [ARG]...]
Options: -c < port > Connect to this port
-n < name > Name of this client (default silentjack)
-l < db > Trigger level (default -40 decibels)
-p < secs > Period of silence required (default 1 second)
-g < secs > Grace period (default 0 seconds)
-v Enable verbose mode
-q Enable quiet mode

SilentJack runs COMMAND after silence has been detected for the given number of seconds. SilentJack then waits for the command the finish, and then wait for the grace period before detecting silence again.

SilentJacks input port must be connected to an output port before it will start reporting silence.

The Monitor application, which consists of 2 parts, a MonitorServer (linux daemon) and a MonitorClient (java gui), will enable the user to monitor and log server process, memory, network and cpu information of multiple servers at a time.

The MonitorClient part is written in Java and is able to connect to one or more Servers that are running the MonitorServer part of the Monitor application.

The client will poll the servers at user specified intervals and will provide a graphical representation of the recources (mem, cpu, nic and process information) of one server at a time.

In addition the MonitorClient is able to log the information of all the servers, each server in a different logfile in a coprehesive CSV format.

The MonitorServer is a seperate application written in C++ and linked to omniORB4 to minimize the load it imposes on the server that is beeing monitored. When the MonitorServer is not beeing polled by a MonitorClient it sits idle.

The client will of course run on any platform that supports Java, but the server currently only supports Linux, kernels 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and possibly (not tested) 2.0 and >2.6.

Particle Simulation project is a simulation of spraying up to 60k particles in realtime.
Particle Simulation is a playful simulation game which allows you to spray particles into the "air". The number of simulated particles is only limited by the speed of your computer.
The particles dont interact with each other, but will bounce back from the ground and accelerate depending on a gravity constant.
This constant can be changed (along with a number of other parameters) in the source code or via commandline parameters.
Enhancements:
- Colors were adjusted and a new animation mode was introduced.
- Segmentation fault was fixed.

FACHODA Complex project is a fast air combat simulator.

Fachoda Complex is a little game I wrote about 10 years ago. I coded this in 3 or 4 months while I was iddle. I was young and brave, then, but had never learned to code cleanly.

Sounds is now broken. It worked on Gravis Ultrasound. The game requires a Pentium with MMX, and Nasm. Disable sound with -nosound, try -xcolor or the SDL version when experiencing troubles with colors.

This is old work. I will never upgrade this code, but I will certainly, one day, code another flight simulator. I even started then stopped already... Someone suggested me to add a reverse gear to the plane, and I will then incorporate this idea, and many more...

Lutz provides a fast and small port scanner with stealth scanning and OS detection.
Lutz is a fast and small stealth port scanner, similar to nmap. It has the most popular scanning options (SYN, FIN, XMAS Scan, PROTO Scan, etc.) and simple OS detection.
It supports some very beta idle scanning and several other options. It can also scan subnets, or scan a list of hosts specified in a file.
Enhancements:
- FIxed a Bug in the get_host_list() function. You got an segmentation fault when not specifying ports on the command line. Now you wont :)

Dircproxy is an IRC proxy server ("bouncer"). Dircproxy is designed for people who use IRC from lots of different workstations or clients, but wish to remain connected and see what they missed while they were away.
You connect to IRC through dircproxy, and it keeps you connected to the server, even after you detach your client from it.
While youre detached, it logs channel and private messages as well as important events, and when you reattach itll download those logs to you using ordinary IRC protocol.
Main features:
- Runs on console, as a daemon or from inetd.
- Able to proxy many simultaneous users and IRC connections.
- Uses IRC server passwords to authenticate.
- Remains connected to server when you detach. To reattach you just use the IRC server password again, no special commands!
