Free icon pack software for linux

T-ish Pack provides a fast Clearlooks and Ubuntulooks themes for Gnome made to loosely resemble OSX Tiger.

They fit well with Compiz also.

Based on Clearlooks or Ubuntulooks engines, Ish GTK theme with additional buttons from Expose and GlossyP metacity borders (with many thanks to authors).

For best results use OSX icons, jaguarx mouse theme, and FoxiTiger firefox skin (links below).

IMPORTANT: In order to install all of the themes youll have to manually extract to ~/.themes dir.

IMPORTANT 2: In order for scrollbars to work on Ubuntu Edgy you have to install gtk2-engines-pixbuf package.

Icon execute feedback replaces the zooming rectangle that is drawn if you activate an icon in konqueror for execution feedback. It removes the rectangle and instead zooms the icon bigger and fades it out while doing. Its like MacOS X execution feedback.
Currently works in Konqueror, Kicker and all file dialogs. You will need a machine > 600 MHz for this though, else the
animation may be slow.
This is a patch against kdebase-3.5.6 and kdelibs-3.5.6
So you have to recompile the two packages. Please only do
that if you are experienced enough with recompiling KDE.
Apply the patches as follows:
1. Get kdebase-3.5.6
2. Get kdelibs-3.5.6
3. Get this patch
4. Unpack all archives
5. Change to the dir you unpacked kdelibs
6. Execute "patch -p1 7. Recompile kdelibs
8. Install kdelibs (necessary as some header files changed)
9. Change to the dir you unpacked kdebase
7. Execute "patch -p1 8. Recompile kdebase
9. Install kdebase
10. Logout of kde and then login again.
11. Watch the icons zooming

KIconEdit or KDE Icon Editor is a small graphics drawing program especially for creating icons using the standard KDE icon palette.

KIconEdit has most of the tools which are needed for easy creation of icons including: Line, Ellipse, Circle, Rectangle, Freehand, Eraser and Spraycan. More tools are planned but not fully implemented.

KIconEdit is part of the K Desktop Environment (KDE).

Smooth Icons is a mouse cursor theme.
This is my first upload for awhile so here we go. Its not going to be ready to package yet for quite awhile this is only a days work.

The Korseby Icon Package is a rich set of XPM and PNG icons created for use for window managers without available icons.

The Korseby Icon Package now includes 452 several icons with 4 different backgrounds. Hopefully they can cover mostly all of the existing file associations.

Clonator ICON is a service menu for KDE which can make easy clone, delete and view the icons in your folder theme icons with four new actions in Konqueror:

1. Clone icon: Make a copy of the current selecction (one or more files)

But, only at smaller destinations, by example: If your select one icon of 64x64 pixel in APPS, the script make the 32x32/apps version, 22x22/apps version and 16x16/apps version in the same folder, but not the 128x128 and other larger versions.

2. Trash smaller icons: (previous confirmation dialog) Move at the Trash the other smaller icons. By example, if you select the file 64x64/apps/konqueror.png, the script move to Trash the files 32x32/apps/konqueror.png , 22x22/apps/konqueror.png, but not the files 128x128/apps/konqueror.png and larger versions

3. Trash others icons: (previous confirmation dialog) Move to the Trash ALL the other files, except the current selection. By example, if you select the file 64x64/apps/konqueror.png, the script move to Trahs the files apps/konqueror.png in 128x128 96x96 72x72 56x56 48x48 32x32 22x22 16x16.

USE THIS OPTION WITH CARE, or you dont want to visit your trash...

4. View clones: Show in a pasive popup all icons called like the current selecction in the "size folders": 128x128 96x96 72x72 64x64 56x56 48x48 32x32 22x22 16x16. Take a look at captura.png in tar file.
