Gotmail is a utility to non-interactively download email from a Hotmail account. Gotmail project can download messages from all folders, messages from certain folders, or new messages only.
There are options to delete downloaded messages or mark them as read.
Gotmail can forward messages to other email addresses or save them as local mbox-style mailboxes.

Template::Provider::OpenOffice is a OpenOffice (ODT) Provider for Template Toolkit.

This module extends Template::Provider to automatically extract the content.xml file from an OpenOffice zip file and run it through Template::Toolkit for processing.

We use OpenOffice::OODoc to actually open the document and extract the content.xml file. This gives us the benefit of having the methods available to add/subtract files in addition to parsing and processing the content file if we want to do some custom work in addition to templating.

Firebird .NET Data Provider is an ADO.NET data provider for Firebird. Firebird .NET Data Provider is written in C# and provides a high-performance native implementation of the Firebird API. It also includes an implementation of the Firebird Services API and Firebird array datatype support.

Firebird is a relational database offering many ANSI SQL standard features that runs on Linux, Windows, and a variety of Unix platforms. Firebird offers excellent concurrency, high performance, and powerful language support for stored procedures and triggers. It has been used in production systems, under a variety of names since 1981.

Firebird is a commercially independent project of C and C++ programmers, technical advisors and supporters developing and enhancing a multi-platform relational database management system based on the source code released by Inprise Corp (now known as Borland Software Corp) on 25 July, 2000 under the InterBase Public License v.1.0

Viralator is a Perl script that virus scans HTTP/FTP downloads request on a UNIX server after passing through the Squid proxy server.
Even when I implemented virus protection for my network email server we still continued to get the odd virus. Most of the viruses came from people using free webmail accounts like Hotmail or Yahoo and downloading the infected attachments to their machines or through downloading junk.
Rather than block access to the users I decided to look at how we could better protect the network. I looked at a couple of different products both comercial and free but they were either too expensive or did not meet my needs.
That is how Viralator was born. Viralator Proxy Virus Scanner is licenced under the GPL.
Viralator should work in any UNIX system that uses Apache and Squid servers. We have reports about successful instalations on:

The original concept for Viralator came from the Viromat project. Without Viromat the Viralator project would not have had a starting point. We can also thank Ralph Meyer for badgering me into releasing the script under the GPL.

msn2mail is a MSN-to-e-mail gateway.

For install follow these steps:

make install

This program needs fvhlib v2.1 or later!

Create a .msn2mailrc with:

You can have multiple forwardto-lines.

KMess program is a MSN messenger for KDE.
Main features:
- MSN Messenger protocol compatibility
- Font and font color support, including the ability to force contact messages to appear in a particular font and color.

- File transfer support, both sending and receiving.

Enhancements:
- This release fixes some critical issues in 1.5-pre1.
- The most important bugfixes are better support for direct file transfer connections and links in the chat window.
- There are also some nice improvements, like file transfer previews and "now playing" information.
- The chat window has some new features.
- Writing links as slashdot.org or dot.kde.org works as well.
- Its possible to disable the shaking effect of a nudge.

MatrixSSL provides an embedded SSL implementation for small footprint devices.
PeerSec MatrixSSL is an embedded SSL implementation designed for small footprint devices and applications requiring low overhead per connection. The library is less than 50K on disk with cipher suites.
