Zope is an open source web application server primarily written in the Python programming language. Zope features a transactional object database which can store not only content and custom data, but also dynamic HTML templates, scripts, a search engine, and relational database (RDBMS) connections and code.
It features a strong through-the-web development model, allowing you to update your web site from anywhere in the world. To allow for this, Zope also features a tightly integrated security model. Built around the concept of "safe delegation of control", Zopes security architecture also allows you to turn control over parts of a web site to other organizations or individuals.
The transactional model applies not only to Zopes object database, but to many relational database connectors as well, allowing for strong data integrity. Zope includes its own HTTP, FTP, WebDAV, and XML-RPC serving capabilities, but can also be used with the Apache or other web servers.

CMSimple is a simple content management system for simple maintainance of small commercial or private sites. It has a simple installation, is easy to modify, and offers an unique combination of features.
CMSimple project uses an HTML-file for storing the entire site, which can be edited in your favorite editor. It has a dynamic TOC and document locator, a WYSIWYG editor (no plugin--functions in IE and Mozilla), a search function, link validation, image handling, and automatic backup. It is easy to set up your own layout; just edit the template and stylesheet.

Requierments:
- CMSimple is written in PHP4. Thus, PHP >= 4.0.4 is required on your server.
- CMSimple runs on a Linux server under Apache, or on Win32 under Apache or IIS. No database is needed as the entire site contents are stored in a single HTML-file.
- For better password protection it is advised to set wwwaut to true, which is done by configuring your PHPsettings. This can only be done on Linux where PHP must be installed as an Apache module (not a CGI).

Aumix is a software mixer. This program adjusts an audio mixer from X, the console, a terminal, the command line or a script. Version 2.8 was released 25 November 2002.
Support for the Advanced Linux Sound Architecture driver is currently disabled because of changes to the ALSA API. See if you want to work on it.

To build RPM source and binary packages, do "rpm -ta aumix-foo.tar.gz" (use the "-tb" option to just build the binary, or "-ts" to just make the source RPM) and look at the "Wrote:" messages to determine where the packages were placed.The drivers distributed with the official kernels should work with aumix.
If you are using devfs, run aumix with the option "-d /dev/sound/mixer".

Omnitty is a curses-based program that allows one to log into several machines simultaneously and interact with them, selectively directing input to individual machines or groups of selected machines.

You can run both line-oriented and screen oriented in the target machines, because Omnitty has built-in terminal emulation capability. When the window is large enough, Omnitty also displays a "summary area" for each machine, in which it shows what the latest output from the machine was, so you can have an idea of what is going on in each machine.

WMcp is a simple dockable pager for use in Window Maker.

Installation:

Unzip the file: gunzip wmcp-1.2.8.tar.gz
Untar the file: tar xvf wmcp-1.2.8.tar
CD to src dir: cd wmcp-1.2.8

do one of these makes:

make -- make wmcp using the default button scheme (scalpel)
make scalpel -- make wmcp using the scalpel style button colors
make gv -- make wmcp using the ghostview style button colors

copy wmcp to some directory in your $PATH.
( ie: cp wmcp /usr/local/bin )

type wmcp

Grab the appicon and move it to the dock.

If make doesnt work, you may need to fiddle with the settings in the Makefile.

-n workspaces: How many buttons to start with.
-a alt key: integer 1-4 defining ModXMask (default 1 Mod1Mask).
-w i/n/w: Window State: Iconic, Normal, Withdrawn (default Withdrawn)
-s y/n: Shaped window: yes or no (default y)
-c Sends CTRL + ALT + Key (default only sends ALT + key)
-v Verbose. 0=off, 1=on (default 0)
-x # Number of buttons on the x-direction (1,2,3 or 4)
-y # Number of buttons in the y-direction (1,2,3 or 4)
-h Help. This screen.

Left mouse button:

Selects the workspace to switch to.

Right / Middle mouse buttons:

Change the number of buttons displayed.

checksuite was written specifically to assist system administrators with the day-to-day tasks of monitoring a system. It is in, no way, a replacement of an actual system administrator.
I originally created these programs to help me out, because of all the excruciating long hours at work. Plus, I work on servers day-in, day-out that have system administrators
that most certainly need all the help they can get.
Enjoy these programs! Use them to your liking. These programs were an excellent project for
me to really grow my programming skills. Any feedback on these would be great.
You can run sh install.sh from the command line for the programs to be installed. These programs were intended for use on a Linux OS. However, they do work on other flavors of *nix and I plan on making more versions available as I find time to do so.
The main progams are installed into /usr/local/sbin/. There is a man page found in /usr/man/man1 and a cron file in /etc/cron.d/. As well, there is a logrotate config file in /etc/logrotate.d/ and all logs are found in /var/log/checksuite.d/.
