Valentina is cross-platform DBMS that makes it easy to switch between a local embedded database and server using the same sources. It supports disk and in-memory databases, field types from Bit to BLOB, and both a SQL92(99) and non-SQL API.
Valentina supports Relational, Extended Navigational, and Object-Relational data models. It introduces a revolutionary model abstraction "Link". It works natively in UTF-16, can accept 270 encodings, and features advanced features such as regular expressions, XML, full-text search, pictures, functions, and calculated fields. It offers triggers, views, and stored procedures.

Linux graphical bootsplash allows you to use custom graphics during early system startup. It makes it possible to place a nice graphic behind or above the kernel boot messages.
Linux graphical bootsplash hooks into the fbcon layer and, if activated, searches the initial ramdisk for a JPEG picture to show.
On any output operations to the console, it takes care of painting a margin around your text and a background picture behind the text with a set of special cfb functions.

Installation
These are just a few notes installation notes regarding DBi and using it with your project
txtSQL support requires the following files from the release archive (currently 3.0 Beta is Supported) :
txtSQL.class.php, txtSQL.parser.php & txtSQL.core.php To be placed in the 3rdparty/txtsql/ directory or the location of your choice
fileSQL support requires the the following file from the release archive (currently 1.0 RC4 is Supported) :
fileSQL.php To be placed in the 3rdparty/fql/ directory of the location of your choice

Enhancements:
- The tableInfo function was added to return the schema.
- LIMIT was added to select functions for supporting databases.

General Graphics User Interface is an effort to produce a common graphical user interface for any command-line program.

It uses a wizard-like input front end to collect the information needed. It then calls the desired program automatically with all the necessary options.

The user is able to point&click on various options and select them in a convenient way. In order to create a new user-interface, a user doesnt need to know a programming language, since there is a graphical editor for new GGUI "scripts".

PHP Database Access Through Arrays project can be used to access data stored in MySQL tables like accessing arrays. It uses SPL to implement several classes and iterators interfaces to access MySQL databases.

qvsgraph is a tool to visualize qmail-scanner results. qvsgraph project mainly consists of two PHP scripts.

One is used to fill the results into a MySQL database, and the other one generates nice graphical statistics and outputs images in PNG format which are highly configurable.

- Aqua Data Studios sophisticated Query Analyzer allows users to work on database scripts with specific RDBMS syntax highlighting and auto-completion to develop and test SQL scripts. Visual editing supports Tables, Indexes, Procedures, Data Types and other schema objects. The visual editors also provides an SQL preview of all the commands to be executed to commit the operation.
Schema Extraction & DDL Scripting
- Its graphical browsing allows you to extract the structure definition of all schema objects and to script the SQL DDL and DML (eg CREATE, ALTER, DROP, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE) syntax for database schema objects (including Tables, Views, Triggers, Stored Procedures and Functions).
Table Data Editor
- A powerful Table Data Editor allows you to modify your results graphically and save them. By writing a single table SELECT statement in the Query Analyzer and clicking on the Execute Edit button, a separate window is opened with the query results for you to edit and save. You may also browser to a table in the schema browser and select the Edit Table from the popup menu to edit the first 1000 records in a table.

- Enhancements in this release include OS X Integration, Windows integration, complete and customizable keymapping, a schema difference tool, a directory difference tool, a file difference tool, a tab difference tool, a copy history difference tool, SQL Server DBA tools, and Sybase DBA tools.

GtkOrphan (a Perl/Gtk2 application for debian systems) is a graphical tool which analyzes the status of your installations, looking for orphaned libraries.

GtkOrphan project implements a GUI front-end for deborphan, adding the package-removal capability.
