Taglog provides an electronic workbook, combining logging of time to projects with keeping a detailed diary of what you actually do. Individual work elements can be tagged by project, allowing you to produce, for example, a record of work on one particular project, even if your time is spread across a number of projects.

Work items can also be tagged by activity type - for example meeting, phone, programming etc - allowing you to analyse where your time is going by activity. Note that this activity type is orthogonal to the project axis, so that - for example - user support would be a project - in the larger sense WHAT you are doing - and phone calls to users - HOW you are doing it - would be the activity type.

Smooth Icons is a mouse cursor theme.
This is my first upload for awhile so here we go. Its not going to be ready to package yet for quite awhile this is only a days work.

TimeMon gives a graphical representation of where the CPU cycles are going. TimeMon is coarse, but better than nothing.

The best feature is that it runs in an icon on your dock, so that you never lose it.

Open5066 is an open source implementation of NATO NC3A STANAG 5066 protocol stack for HF radio communications.

Open5066 aims to implement all of SIS (Annex A), DTS (Annex C), and some of the application layer (Annex F) functionality such as HMTP.

Eventually Open5066 will also implement crypto module and may implement a softmodem for some waveforms such as S-4285 or S-4529, or it may evolve a smooth interface to integrate softmodems from other open source projects. Concrete embodiment of Open5066 is the s5066d daemon.

Project was started in April 2006 and is in very early phase. Major feature enhancements and debugging is going on. Unless you have C debugging skills and are willing to contribute, you propbably should not be trying this program yet. But watch this space, in a month or two we expect to have a system that is usable in limited ways.

Compiling and Installation

At the moment only Linux is supported. We use epoll(4) so porting to other UNIX will require some effort. Solaris 8 with /dev/poll is probably going to be our first port.

Mpiomon is a shell script that runs as a daemon and monitors all DM (device mapper) MPIO paths. The project starts to beep when a path fails.

Every event also triggers the email alert mechanism, which sends mail to one or more persons with the details of whats going on.

ProxyView is a simple proxy server which relays TCP/IP[v4] connections from an IP:port defined on the commandline to another address:port. It dumps to the console all the data which arrives on the client and server sockets. It is a proxy for programmers designed to makes debugging TCP/IP software easier.

ProxyView will dump any data going between client and server.

Type these to install:
1) run make to compile program
2) run ./ProxyView -?...

amarokVis is a KDE applet for libvisual using opengl.

Orginally written to work with amaroks libvisual socket however due to some limitations I just made the input default to alsa.

So any app piping sound through alsa will make the visuals dance. I was going to change the name but meh, not a big deal.

Usage:

Just add it to a panel and watch the fun. If you click the visualization itll bring up a popup box to select from available plugins.

Pretty simple and straightforward.

Beware though some plugins(actors) tend to be buggy and are likely to crash your kicker.

If that happens just restart your kicker and choose another plugin that doesnt.
