giFT is a framework for bridging multiple backend peer-to-peer protocols and the user interface associated with them.

It is implemented as a modular daemon able to handle multiple simultaneous client connections using a simple text-based interface protocol.

giFT is a collection of various software components geared towards improving the overall usability of a multitude of peer-to-peer file-sharing networks.

This goal is accomplished by unifying the components such that a user of the software may choose any of the available interfaces to access any of the available networks.

The central application, giftd, uses a plugin-based architecture capable of using multiple networks simultaneously through a single user interface.

giFT-FastTrack is an Open Source implementation of the FastTrack P2P protocol used by Grokster, iMesh and KaZaA.
We use giFT as a framework and have developed giFT-FastTrack as a plugin for it. giFT is a portable filesharing daemon which can be used with different front ends and can connect to multiple networks via plugins.

Mindless project is a mind mapping tool.

KMindless is a mind mapper for laying out ideas/structures.

Files and notes can be associated with nodes within the mind map.

A todo list can be set up with each item in the list having an associated mind map.

Witme-fileutils is a version of GNU fileutils that builds as a shared library. If this gets merged into the main GNU fileutils, then this project will live on as the integration of libsigc++ and other glib based signal styles to complement the base callback functionality currently available.

This version of Witme-fileutils is a staging ground for new ideas and code to be implemented with the possible integration into GNU fileutils to be handled as time allows.
