Gerris project is an Open Source Free Software library for the solution of the partial differential equations describing fluid flow.
Gerris is supported by NIWA (National Institute of Water and Atmospheric research) and by the Marsden Fund of the Royal Society of New Zealand.
The code is written entirely in C and uses both the GLib Library and the GTS Library for geometrical functions and object-oriented programming.

Anagram Solver is a simple anagram solver program.

You can use it against any spelling dictionary that is formatted:

- one word per line
- in alphabetical order

If its not in alphabetical order, you could send it through pipe.

The basic algorithm tries all possible combinations of a word, in such a way that the combinations are generated in alphabetical order.

It also knows the next real word in the list, so it can tell whether or not it is futile to pursue a certain node. These optimizations make it possible for it to solve a 8+ letter word in a few seconds

To use it, simply point it to your aspell dictionary file, usually located in /usr/share/dict/linux.words

Servlet is a Perl Servlet API v2.3

The Servlet API for Perl (libservlet) is a formulation of the Java Servlet API in Perl. The current version of the API is 2.3.

While the servlet concept originated with Java, its component model is quite natural for Perl as well. By writing servlet applications and deploying them in a servlet engine, application authors can spare themselves the effort of writing commonly needed web application infrastructure components for each new project.

Furthermore, servlet applications are portable between deployment environments; they can be executed in any servlet engine using any process model with only a few configuration changes and no application code changes. Servlet applications are insulated from changes in vendor or platform and are able to portably take advantage of standard web infrastructure services offered by any servlet engine.

If it works with a printer not in the list please contact me. Besides the ones in the list it worked with my printer (HP Deskjet 3550).

Games::Mastermind::Solver is a base class for Master Mind solvers.

Smolt is a basic hardware profiler. Smolt is intended to be a profiler to get automated information from users. This should make it easier for our developers to do what they need to do.
How can you help? Well look at the code and make it better. Its still in the very early stages but has good potential.

Scope
Smolt has a very small scope targeting just Fedora and Fedora based OSs. For more information please see Scope.
Use
Fedora Core 6 and newer (rawhide) can simply "yum install smolt" for the client. To send your profile simply type "smoltSendProfile". Firstboot functionality is also available by installing smolt-firstboot.

Akarmi - Flow is a template-based C++ framework. Akarmi - Flow simplifies creating programs from independent processing elements that are connected by event channels.

It is currently being rewritten to use terms similar to CORBAs event service.
