Open Space Shooter is a simple 2D space shooter like asteorids.

Just a small spaceship, some Asteorids and some enemies. You got lasers and rockets and try to fight the enemy ships, not more.

It is simple but funny.

All is just a prototyp of a game I want to write later. But I have no time at the moment...

Jawa Open Eyes is a visual network monitoring tool developed in Java for managing network and Internet resources.

Jawa Open Eyes supports SNMP v1/2/2c for collecting MIB-II information, port scanning, and SSL capable URL time response.

The main features include visual network monitoring, an enhanced network topology designer, email alert, trap receiver, trap agent, and real time logging to DB and Web.

iRiver iFP is an user-space open-source driver for iRivers iFP flash portable MP3 players.
This project encourages open source driver development for iRivers iFP portable music players. Ifp-driver was started by Pavel Kriz with ifp-line, a command-line program and the first Free iFP driver. Today, the ifp-driver mailing list is a hub of discussion for iFP driver development: participants include everyone from authors of spin-off projects, to prospective owners/users.

]project-open[ is useful for project-oriented companies such as IT consultancies, general consultancies, advertizing agencies, etc. It is not very suitable for companies dealing with physical goods, because it doesnt contain the necessary modules (yet). Checkout Compiere or Open for Business as alternatives.
Enhancements:
- More than a dozen new modules and features have been included, including a round-trip integration with GanttProject, resource planning and resource assignments, GUI improvements, a new calendar module to show tasks and deadlines, a new bug tracker module, a new expenses and travel costs module, a new reporting engine, a new Petri-Net workflow engine with a graphical editor, project templates, and a new "configuration wizard" for automatic system configuration.

Open LMS project consists of a learning management system.
OpenLMS is a Learning Management System (LMS) made at the Department of Geography, NTNU.
The system is a fully functional LMS with support for group collaboration, file sharing, distribution of lectures, and other supporting features.
It is a good tool for distributing lecture notes to groups of students, and for facilitating collaboration for groups of students and teachers.
The system has successfully been used at the Dept. of Geography at NTNU in Trondheim Norway, for three years. It is continuously further developed and was released as OpenSource software last year.
OpenLMS now supports English (core language) and Norwegian. Steps has been taken to translate for further languages.
Scorm, Dublin Core, AICC etc. could be important factors in systems like OpenLMS and similar LMS/LCMS. Support for exporting objects for these standards will probably be incorporated into OpenLMS. HOWEVER - the focus of standards for the exchange of learning objects often overshadows the lack of a culture for sharing within the organizations in question.
This very resource-demanding part of a LMS/LCMS is therefore not focused at the present stage in the development.

Quake II Open Source project consists of the open source extended version of Quake II from Id.
Quake II Open Source is the open source version of the commercial first person shooter Quake II.
It has been updated from the commercial version for security, performance, and functionality.
For this to be of any use, you _must_ own a copy of Quake 2. The demo would also work, but you might as well buy the full thing now.
These modifications are intended for Linux users, as I do not have have access to other platforms.
Be sure to install SDL 1.2 (http://www.libsdl.org) if you want to use the softsdl or sdlgl drivers, or the sdlquake2 binary.
make will, by default, build both the debug and release files.
To build just the optimized binaries: make build_release
The resulting binaries are then put in releasei386.

The organizations (and newly-combined projects) contributing to Open MPI are Indiana University (LAM/MPI), the University of Tennessee (FT-MPI), and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LA-MPI).
Additional collaborators are at Sandia National Laboratories and the High Performance Computing Center at Stuttgart. These developers bring many years of combined experience to the project.
