ArchAddOn provides a straightforward toolbox of field types, widgets, and validators for Archetypes.
Instruction (only shows description on edit form, for adding sectional
help or other HTML markup to an edit form)
DynamicField. This is a textual field that can contain TALES
expressions which are evaluated. So you can add a "body" field to
a schema that is of this type, and have it be a mix of HTML content
and TALES expressions (just like in a ZPT).
SimpleDataGridField. A lines field with embedded vertical bars for fields. If the
columns property is set, the isValidGrid validator will ensure that
the entered text has exactly that number of columns for each row.
If strip_whitespace is True, the individual cells in the grid will
be stripped of leading and trailing whitespace (that is, whitespace
added around the delimiter).
If column_names is set to a tuple or list of strings, it gives the names
of columns in the grid. The getDataGridRow script and the getRow() method
will return a dict using these column names as keys rather than using the
column numbers (starting from zero).
Fields are just strings, with no internal validation, etc.

Firewall Monitor allows you to monitor ipchains/iptables output in realtime. It supports both logging to a file/stdout and/or to tcpdump format capture logs. It also supports security features such as running non-root, and chrooting itself.
Fwmon can easily be integrated into an existing ipchains ruleset. As an example, fwmon can be easily integrated into the excellently commented TrinityOS ruleset available from http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch/LINUX. The enhanced logging may be selectively added to specific existing rules by adding a new user-defined rule to the default ACCEPT, REJECT and DENY rules..This program has been known in the past as "Firestorm Firewall Monitor", however it shares nothing with firestorm.
If you wish to retain current ipchains logging features which RedHat and TurboLinux among other distributions make to /var/log/messages and add the additional features of fwmon, keep the -l option (or the $LOGGING equivalent used in TrinityOS) for those rules of interest. Fwmon data will be placed in a separate file (user-configurable) via a new target of those rules for which the capability is desired. Note that this new rule will not contain the -l (or $LOGGING) flag so packets trapped by a primary rule are not logged twice by ipchains. Additionally, by retaining the ipchains logging in primary rules, the rule number that caused the logging is contained in the ipchains log entries, and not the rule number of the new chain.
As a guide for adding this new chain, the TrinityOS rule set begins with setting of various parameters used with firewalls (flag settinga in the /proc directory, loading of modules, etc) then rules are grouped in INPUT, OUTPUT and FORWARD sections. Since this new rule will be a target of other rules, it must be placed BEFORE the first rule which references it to avoid errors the first time the ruleset is loaded. We suggest that a new
section defining the rule be placed just before the INPUT rules section and consist of:

- Fixed logrotate problems with libpcap files. There is still a race condition but under normal circumstances you shouldnt encounter it, Ill think about fixing it all the same.

Addresh Book is a (basic) Address Book implemented entirely in Shell Scripts. Current functionality is implemented for adding records, deleting records and searching records.

Note: This project has been largely superceeded by the ZDB project below.

Klang project is a free language learning package for KDE and QT.
Klang interface currently provides:
- Vocabulary trainer.
- Questionnaire trainer.
Also there is Kedit, and editor for adding your own content to Klang.
Since its still at development stage there might be changes to the database structure, so dont thrust that there will be cross-compatibility between this version and the next, as of yet!
I guess I will make some import/extract tools later, but now I have to focus on the basic structure first. See the screen shots for an idea of the application.

KooDB is a simple interface to MySQL that provides the features that most people need, without the complicated functions found in phpMyAdmin. It allows you to administer your databases and users from a simple, easy to use web based interface. The project is in early development stages at the moment but already lets you add and delete users and databases and has an interface for adding users to those databases. KooDB is written in pure PHP 5 (though it will probably work with PHP4) and designed for MySQL 5. PostgreSQL support is planned and will be implemented once all the MySQL components are working properly.
For now, the interface is very simple with only a few features but furhter along in the development of KooDB, features will be added for you to more closely interact with your databases and modify rows and columns on the fly. The project will allow you to add and remove columns and rows as necessary and modify the contents of cells. KooDB will also contain a fully featured import/export function and a schema editor to provide maximum control over your database projects. The schema editor will provide an intuitive interface for creating .sql files to easily recreate your databases on multiple systems, give you full control over how the rows are configured, and let you add and delete default values.
