Halberd discovers HTTP load balancers. Halberd is useful for web application security auditing and for load balancer configuration testing.
To cope with heavy traffic loads, web site administrators often install load balancer devices. These machines hide (possibly) many real web servers behind a virtual IP.
They receive HTTP requests and redirect them to the real web servers in order to share the traffic between them. Halberd is a tool aimed at discovering real servers behind virtual IPs.
Installation:
To install the program you need to execute:
python setup.py install

Heliodor packages contains the Metacity themes for the Beryl project.

Heliodor provides exactly what the header suggests, metacity theme support.

Heliodor is not yet feature complete but works on a basic level, and in the future will support basic transparency settings.

pyFlashCards is a wxPython based software for creating and studying flash cards. Thanks to python and wxPython it is multiplatform; it runs on Windows and Linux (you could probably get it to run on a Mac without too much work).
I have developed it to study at medical school because none of the flash card programs I found on the internet would do what I want the way I want it. Even though it is not complete, I think that many people can already find it useful.

Timerx is a free and simple timer for Linux. This application is written in Gambas and fits well in Gnome but works on most desktop environments.

Shaperd is a user-mode program that can shape traffic passing through a Linux box. I egan to write it because I was tired of waiting for the echoes when I telnet other machines over my slow ppp link to the internet. I did try cbq and shaper, but none satisfied me (It wasnt well-documented at the time, but now this is history. Besides, I was looking for something cool to play with. Cbq is very powerful and generic (try it!), but is a little bit harder to learn.
Enhancements:
- This is a maintenance update for iptables 1.2.5. Ive discovered and fixed a couple of alignment problems while working on a sparc64 machine, plus other minor, miscellaneous fixes.

RABS is an extension which allows rapid access to favorite search engines.

Allows rapid access to (my) favorite search engines. Just type in address bar g something to search something with google. Its useless in FF 2.0. Read below why.

In older versions than 2.0 I didnt found this functionality and editing bookmarks and assigning letters for search engines was too difficult, i.e. for ma grand father :)

Wapymail is a WAP/WML email client written in PHP. It allows you to check your IMAP email from any WAP/WML enabled device.

Wapymail projetc is pretty good, and real simple to setup and use.
