Google Video Downloader is a Firefox extension that adds a button in the status bar. You can download the source .flv or .avi file directly in two clicks

Claros Downloader is a simple, highly customizable, multi-threaded, web based downloader manager. You can download files to your desktop, corporate server, wherever you are. You simply point your browser to Claros Downloader, login, add new urls. It forks a new thread downloading the remote file to the server running the web application. Thats it.

Installation:

For Tomcat Users:

Copy the war file to $TOMCAT_INSTALL_DIR/webapps folder

Start Tomcat

For other application servers, you shall know what to do with a war file. If war extension means nothing to you, just unzip is it, if it was a regular zip archive.

All configuration is done in WEB-INF/resources directory. Open config.properties with your favorite editor, and follow the instructions.

Please Note: There is a Java class called AddUser.class in WEB-INF/classes/org/claros/downloader/admin directory. Run this class from console to add a new user to the system.

PHP Uploader Downloader provides a script which allow your users to upload files to a selected directory.
Allow your users to upload files to a selected directory. This script also creates a list of all files uploaded so they can be downloaded. Current features for uploading are size limitation, extension limitation, and stopping file overwriting.
Installation
$extlimit If you want to limit the extions of files uploaded set this to yes
$limitedext If you set $extlimit to yes then add edit extensions. Just do ,".ext" in the array to add extion.
$sizelimit If you want a size limit set this to yes.
$sizebytes If you want have size limit set to yes set this to the number of bytes you want the limit to be.
$dl This is the url to where files are uploaded
$absolute_path This is the absolute path to where files are uploaded
$websiteurl Set to your website url so that the script can link back to your site
$websitename Set to your website name so it can link back to your website
Enhancements:
- Added ability to limit extensions of files uploaded.

Firefox Universal Uploader is a Firefox extension that allows you to upload/download files from any website using a friendly interface. Upload files/photos/videos to Flickr, Picasa, Youtube, Box.net(1GB of free space) are Facebook in this version. Next versions would support other websites like Google Videos, Webshots etc.
Thumbnail view of local and remote files will be given in the next version. You can add multiple files to the queue at a time. Extension will take care of uploading them for you.

- You can upload files to multiple websites using a single interface (using only one extension).

Firefox LiveCD is LiveCD similar to LiveKiosk, but with original binary version of Mozilla Firefox. No changes were done to user interface and everything is set to Firefox defaults.

LiveFirefox is intended for people who want to have custom Firefox based LiveCD, but find LiveKiosk unsuitable for this purpose. You can find customization instructions in usersettings/ directory on CD.

Youtube Downloader GUI project is a GUI for the famous python script youtube-dl. It is made in Kommander, so you need it. The project is packed in rpm with icon, desktop file.

Firefox Form Widgets is a replacement for the default form widgets in Firefox. Its not dependent upon KDE, but I styled it with KDE in mind. The CSS is modified from the default one. I created all but the radio and checkbox images, which were created by the Pretty Widgets for OS X (readme included).

The style is such that everything can still be styled by a website. For the buttons, if only a background color is supplied, the gradient is still applied making it look better.

I made this for my personal use, but I decided to distribute it in case people want it. I would like to put some more work into it if there is interest.

To install, download and then:

sudo cp -r /usr/lib/firefox/res/ /usr/lib/firefox/res_original
tar -xvvzf KDEwidgets.tar.gz
sudo mv ./KDEwidgets/* /usr/lib/firefox/res/

Album Cover Art Downloader will go through your collection of music albums and for each one download a set of matching cover images for you to choose from.

The project makes the selected image usable for programs such as KDE, Windows Media Player, etc.
