CodeInvaders Challenge 3.1
CodeInvaders Challenge project is a Java-based, real-time programming game based on the Eclipse platform. more>>
CodeInvaders Challenge project is a Java-based, real-time programming game based on the Eclipse platform.
CodeInvaders Challenge is a Java™-based, real-time programming game based on the Eclipse platform. It uses the Eclipse platform and a simple API that allows users unfamiliar with Java to easily compete while they learn the language.
CodeInvaders Challenge gives users the opportunity to pit their Java programming skills against other players in a battle of space conquest. Each player writes a Java class that represents and controls a spaceship. Each ship (class) is placed in a simulated battle along with ships from other players.
The game puts up to six spaceships together in a match and places each of them in a random location with the same amount of energy. The spaceship class allows each player to control his ships thrusters and weapons. The ship can move around to collect energy, attack opponents, and bring energy back to its home planet. Points are awarded for different actions, and the player with the most points wins.
When used in a tournament, CodeInvaders Challenge allows direct, real-time competition between teams. Each player can submit his intermediate solutions and test against the submitted ships from other players. This competition allows each player to learn from the strategies of other players and modify his ship appropriately. After the final submission from each player, the final winner can be found by running a tournament consisting of several rounds and eliminations.

- your customers call other users who can reside on different telephone networks
- your customers pay you for this service
in order to route the calls on particular networks you have to use the services of other vendors
- you are a customer of others vendors
- you pays others vendors for this service
So Asterisell views you (the VoIP service provider) as a reseller of others vendors services. It permits to associate for every call a cost and an income. The cost is what the customer pays to the service provider and the cost is what the service provider pays to other vendors in order to route the call.

Customer features:
- report of calls with aggregate totals
- many filter-criteria
- different sort-criteria
- export to CSV and MS Excel document
- many VoIP accounts associated with the same customer
Administrator features:
- input fields are secure from intrusion attempts
- each customer could have a cost limit for the last 30 days
- informal currency conversion table for the test of cost limits
- administrator is advised via email if a customer pass its cost limit
- different cultures for each VoIP account or Customer
- prices and messages are displayed in the specified culture
- customers can be grouped into different price list categories
- different rate methods applicable to different time periods, customer categories, destination gateway channels, destination telephone network etc..

Carp::Datum 0.1.3

Carp::Datum is a Perl module used for debugging and tracing.
SYNOPSIS
# In modules
use Carp::Datum;
# Programming by contract
sub routine {
DFEATURE my $f_, "optional message"; # $f_ is a lexical lvalue here
my ($a, $b) = @_;
DREQUIRE $a > $b, "a > b";
$a += 1; $b += 1;
DASSERT $a > $b, "ordering a > b preserved";
my $result = $b - $a;
DENSURE $result < 0;

}
# Tracing

DTRACE TRC_NOTICE, "note: a = ", $a, " is positive";
DTRACE {-level => TRC_NOTICE, -marker => "!!"}, "note with marker";
# Returning
return DVAL $scalar; # single value
return DARY @list; # list of values
# In applications main
use Carp::Datum qw(:all on); # turns Datum "on" or "off"
DLOAD_CONFIG(-file => "debug.cf", -config => "config string");
The Carp::Datum module brings powerful debugging and tracing features to development code: automatic flow tracing, returned value tracing, assertions, and debugging traces. Its various functions may be customized dynamically (i.e. at run time) via a configuration language allowing selective activation on a routine, file, or object type basis. See Carp::Datum::Cfg for configuration defails.
Carp::Datum traces are implemented on top of Log::Agent and go to its debugging channel. This lets the application have full control of the final destination of the debugging information (logfile, syslog, etc...).
Carp::Datum can be globally turned on or off by the application. It is off by default, which means no control flow tracing (routine entry and exit), and no returned value tracing. However, assertions are still fully monitored, and the DTRACE calls are redirected to Log::Agent.
The C version of Carp::Datum is implemented with macros, which may be redefined to nothing to remove all assertions in the released code. The Perl version cannot be handled that way, but comes with a Carp::Datum::Strip module that will lexically remove all the assertions, leaving only DTRACE calls. Modules using Carp::Datum can make use of Carp::Datum::MakeMaker in their Makefile.PL to request stripping at build time. See Carp::Datum::MakeMaker for instructions.
Here is a small example showing what traces look like, and what happens by default on assertion failure. Since Log::Agent is not being customized, the debugging channel is STDERR. In real life, one would probably customize Log::Agent with a file driver, and redirect the debug channel to a file separate from both STDOUT and STDERR.

Enblend 3.0
Enblend is a postprocessing tool for creating panoramic images more>>
Enblend project is a postprocessing tool for creating panoramic images. After you align image features using a program like Hugin, there are often photometric problems that lead to ugly seams in the final composite.
Enblend blends away these seams using a multiresolution spline. This technique gives good results on both low spatial frequency objects (sky and clouds) and high spatial frequency objects (trees and houses).
Enhancements:
- This release features faster image processing computations and a new seam line optimization algorithm.
- Masks can now be saved and loaded from files, color blending can be done with the CIECAM02 color appearance model, and the graphics processor can be leveraged for higher performance.

Scratchlib is a open source platform independent C++ library that can detect the position, speed and direction of Final Scratch timecode records.
Is there a simple example how to use it ?
Yes, just download the sources, compile it and see how it works.
Can i use other timecode records with this library ?
By reason of lack of time there are currently no plans to do this even though we have an idea how to support other systems.
Project state:
There is one console example which dump the timecode position and the speed.
This example use RtAudio for recording but the library is independent.
Enhancements:
- Scratchlib example with: - improved peak detection - Mixvibes v.1 support
