Photo Mail Wizard is a desktop application designed to help users to search, choose, and send optimized photos by mail.
Sent photos are automatically commented, rotated, resized, and/or compressed using the users current parameters. The selected photos files are not modified, and nothing is written inside directories where photos are searched for.

Temporary Inbox is a Firefox extension that generates random disposable email addresses. You can use these email addresses for registration in forums, adult sites or whereever.

The email addresses dont require registration. This is an easy way to avoid spam, because the spamer will never get your private email address .. only the temporaryinbox.com email address. And there the emails will be deleted after 6 hours.

Avoiding spam is sooo easy!

Here is a small instruction:

FIRST! There is no registration required!!

1. The situation: You want to signup at a website. You are at the registration form and you have to enter your private email address.
2. You dont want to give away your private email address. So you decide to use an email address from temporaryinbox.com.
3. Now click the "random email" button at the temporaryinbox firefox extension toolbar.
4. A random temporary email address has been generated for you.
5. Copy it from the toolbar to the email address field in the registration form.
6. Enter the other things and submit.
7. Now you can check the inbox of your email address on temporaryinbox.com. But its easier to use the firefox extension. Just enter the email account name you used before in the left field of the toolbar and press "Check".
8. Now you will be redirected directly to the inbox of your temporaryinbox account.
9. Open the email and click on the activation link or copy the password... or whatever.
10. Delete the mail or let it be. However the mail will be deleted after 6 hours.

Imabluri is the delivery boy between SMTP and mailbox. Imabluri takes a message from your SMTP server runs virus and spam-checks on it, does some marking and logging. Afterwards it hands the message over to your mailbox system or IMAP/POP3 server.
We use a daemon approach to minimise the system load. A very small client program actually takes the mail from the SMTP server and writes it to your hard-drive plus adding the mail to a MySQL database.
The daemon is polled after the client stored the mail and tries to spawn a child-process which does the actual checks etc.
Main features:

- Works with MySQL database, if its not active it stores the information into one plaintextfile
- The imbaluri package includes a program for building nice graphs (see links)
- Custom backends to be used for spam and virus-scanning

Mail::Toaster:::Qmail is a Perl module with common Qmail functions.

SYNOPSIS

Mail::Toaster::Qmail is a module of Mail::Toaster. It contains features for use with qmail, like starting and stopping the deamons, installing qmail, checking the contents of config files, etc.

This module has all sorts of goodies, the most useful of which are the build_????_run modules which build your qmail control files for you.

Masswire Mail provides a SQL POP3 Webmail software.

Masswire Mail is a Webmail client written in Perl that can retrieve messages from multiple POP3 accounts and store them in a single SQL table.

Some features include a spell checker using the Text-Aspell module, a Bayesian filter using the Algorithm NaiveBayes module, and attachments using the Mail Sender module.

Pyne is an offline newsreader/emailer written in Python using the GTK+ toolkit. I started it because I wasnt happy with the graphical newsreaders available for linux. Of course, a few months later Pan and Knode started to kick arse... oh well.
Pyne 0.6.9 is for gtk1.2, and is a bit old and therefore crappy (it follows). Pyne 1.0.0 is shiny and new and for gtk2.0, and therefore great. Pyne 1.1.0 contains fixes and new features for gtk2.4+ (and mailbox formats are unchanged from 1.0.x, so you can use the two versions interchangably).
Pyne is free software and may be distributed under the terms of the GPL, etc...

Fetch and deliver mail is a simple, lightweight replacement for mail fetching, filtering, and delivery programs such as fetchmail and procmail.
It can fetch using POP3, POP3S, IMAP, IMAPS, or stdin, and deliver to a pipe, file, maildir, mbox, or SMTP server, based on a set of regexps.
Fetch and deliver mail can be used for both single user and multiuser setups, and is designed with privilege separation when running as root.
Enhancements:
- Mostly configuration file enhancements and code cleanup were done since 1.2. ifdef/endif blocks and inline shell commands are allowed in the configuration file.
- A built-in string cache using TDB was added.
- Some extra default tags were added. NNTPS fetching was implemented.
