Dirty Water project is a custom MUD server.
Dirty Water is an original MUD server/engine written in OCaml.
It is designed to be much more advanced and realistic and to encourage role playing more than Diku-style MUDs.
We are using a higher level language which we feel will yield a code-base that is significantly easier to modify, maintain and understand.
We felt that OCaml would make a good choice for this language, though we have since decided Scheme would be a better choice.
All of our code is licensed under the GNU GPL.
Enhancements:

- you can specify 1st, 2nd, etc when refering to items
- cant pick up buildings or yourself
- dont see yourself in room descriptions

Tartan is a text parsing engine targeted at wiki text. The syntax specification is defined in YAML in the form of regex-based rules.

It supports layering and multiple output types. Rules for Markdown to HTML are included, with optional layered extensions for tables. Tartan text parser is implemented in Ruby, but looking to have implementations in other languages.

Ideality is an advanced IDEAL-like library for Qt4.

To compile:

qmake -recursive
make

The library contains some demostrations.

Currently only g++/Linux is tested using Qt 4.1/4.2 but there is no reason for not work on other platform/compiler supported by Qt 4.

APLoader stands for Another Postgres Loader, is a front-end to the Postgresql COPY command written in Ruby.

rocap is an IP bandwidth monitoring system based on pcap.

rocap was designed to provide an easy way to monitor bandwidth between hosts, group of hosts or group of subnets, in any combination.

It was built for speed, rocap runs in user space with minimum CPU usage.

It includes a console server for telnet clients to use for administration or visualization purposes. It also outputs data for rrdtool to use for generating graphs.
