Jdelay project is a small JACK app you can use to measure the latency of your sound card.

It uses a phase measurements on a set of tones to measure the delay from the output to the input. Accuracy is about 1/1000 of a sample.

Installation:

To install, cd to this directory and make.
Copy the binary to your preferred location.

UModPlayer is an open-source audio module player for UNIX operating systems.
Main features:
- You can play the supported formats and seek to any order in the song. You have pause, timer, display, and other standard features.
- You can view the pattern notes while playing.
- Playlist support: you can create playlists, delete or move individual items in a playlist, import a playlist from the current directory contents, save a playlist and load a saved playlist...

Direct Access Provider Library in short DAPL is a transport-independent, platform-independent, high-performance API for using the remote direct memory access (RDMA) capabilities of modern interconnect technologies such as InfiniBand, the Virtual Interface Architecture, and iWARP.
This is the reference implementation of that specification by the DAT Collaborative who maintain the DAPL API.
Enhancements:
- Support was added for new IB verbs client register event.
- Some problems supporting create qp without recv cq handle or recv qp resources were fixed.
- Some timeout and long disconnect delay issues exposed during scalability tests were fixed.
- Minor build problems were fixed.
- Support for multiple IB devices was added to dat.conf to support IPoIB HA failover.

- Enviroment variables to configure connection management timers were added.

Peephole program is a GNU/linux server that periodically checks users mailboxes harvesting only last emails, extracting user-defined regular espressions.

Each user, once logged in, has to define his mail providers [mail server and login informations] and other settings [time delay, regular expressions, ...].

Peephole supports various mail protocol as pop3, pop3s and apop.

The project also provides two clients. The first is a GUI (WindowMaker Dockapp) that lights up a user-defined icon when Peephole find an interesting mail on the mail server. The second is a text console client.

With this dockapp you wont waste your time with useless downloads.

Scam-grey is a milter which filters mail originating from MS Windows hosts. Scam-grey filter provides you the ability to mitigate the flow of unwanted email from such hosts using grey listing.

How it works:
On the first delivery attempt from a Windows host, Scam-grey generates a temporary error message. Subsequent delivery attempts made after the delay period will be allowed through. Unlike standard mail servers, virus, trojan infected hosts and zombies are not designed to retry the delivery after a temporary failure.

as a record and returns a temporary failure (SMTP code 450 extended code 4.7.1) if the host is greylisted.

BomberMaze project is a bomberman clone.
It is a multiplayer action game in which players run around a square-grid maze while dropping bombs and collecting power-ups.
The bombs explode after a short time delay, taking out any nearby bricks and players.
Main features:

ped is a process execution daemon, comparable to cron in its basic functionality. ped daemon monitors a given directory.
If a user or an application drops a file into this directory, ped parses the content and executes a given command.
The syntax of these files describes the functionality: "[from (unixtimestamp)] [until (unixtimestamp)] [asuser (username)] start|restart|loop (command) [(parameter)]".
ped was primary written to schedule time-consuming tasks initiated by a Web application.

of "from", the whole file is valid, but no action will take place.
asuser < username >
< username > is the name of a systemuser (do NOT use an UID here).
Optional.
If this keyword is missing, the given user not valid or has no rights
to access a valid shell, the process will start as the same user, ped
runs under (in most cases: root).
start < command > < options >
Starts < command > once in between the duration of validity. If there
is no "from" statement, starting time is seconds after the file has
been dropped in.
After attempting to start < command > the config/start-file is deleted;
nevertheless if < command > is executable or not.
restart < command > < options >
Restarts < command > in between the duration of validity (with the
built-in delay).
If the formerly started process didnt exit, it will be killed, and
a new process will spawn.
After the end of validity, this config/start-file is deleted.
loop < command > < options >
Like "restart", "loop" tries to execute < command > every (built-in
delay) seconds.
If the formerly started process didnt exit, no action will take
place, unless the formerly started process stops; if this happens,
a new instance of < command > is started.
After the end of validity, this config/start-file is deleted.
Enhancements:
- This release features better support for GNU autotools.
- Static definitions have been moved to configurable options.
- Man pages and an init script example have been added.
- A memory allocation bug was fixed.
