Dpsyco is a automated system to distribute system configurations to several computers. It is written mainly for the Debian distribution but should be portable (without too much difficulties) to other distributions or Unixes as well.
It consists of a number of shell scripts to perform the desired actions. With it you can handle users, add ssh-public-keys, patch the system, update things using cfengine, install files (overriding other package files), and more.

Debian::Package::HTML is a Perl module that generates a webpage information (and Linda/Lintian checks) about a Debian binary or source package using HTML::Template

This module outputs a webpage using HTML::Template templates which resumes the information of a normal build environment for a package in Debian (source files, binary packages and changelogs) using Linda/Lintian for sanity checks. It is useful for making unified presentation webpages for those packages which are being sponsorized by someone in Debian.

As an example, installing a KDE application would make sure that KDE, X windows, and everything underneath was already installed on the system, and if the prerequisite packages werent already installed than the packages would automatically be downloaded and installed from the Debian network.
Enhancements:
- The Debian project has updated the stable distribution Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 (codename Sarge). This update mainly adds security updates to the stable release, along with a few corrections to serious problems. In preparation for the upcoming release of Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 (codename Etch), Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 will be moved to the oldstable part of the archive. Users who would like to continue using Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 are advised to update their sources.list network sources to refer to sarge instead of stable. Please note that this update does not constitute a new version of Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 but only updates some of the packages included.

Its usable for simple tasks or for just testing, but doesnt setup writable filesystems, nor have the development tools installed.

As always, the first point release also corrects a few issues that have been noticed too late in the release process to stop the release, but still should be fixed. Debian Control Center (DCC) is a modular project written in Python. The goal of this project is to enable normal people to configure their Debian system as well as some of the server packages. A second goal of this project is to make the experienced Debian system administrators to configure and change her system, without having to remember a lot of commands and configuration files. On a more implementation level, the project should be able to accept new modules without having to change a single line of code in the main configuration program.

- terminal module, only used if you have python-gnome installed, opens a root terminal.
