Gubed PHP Debugger 0.2.2

Gubed PHP Debugger 0.2.2

Gubed is a software to debug PHP scripts. more>>
Gubed PHP Debugger is, as the name suggests, a program to debug PHP scripts. It is not, as some people first believe, a PHP syntax checker.
That is, it wont tell you where you forgot to put an ending bracket. It is rather a debugger to find logical errors, like why does this if-statement not occur or why does that loop never end.
The main goals is to provide a free (as in beer and freedom), easy to use, easy to install and usable PHP debugger.
It currently supports stepping through code, watching contents of variables and setting breakpoints (line and conditional).
No changes are needed to server software or the scripts being debugged (at least from version 0.1.0). Especially, no php or webserver components are requried.
Enhancements:
- Fixed parser bug for T_ARRAY lines (thanks to Iassen Hristov who reported).
- Fixed problem with undefined Gubed variable (thank to Jerome Rouer for reporting).

Extended Python Debugger is a (slightly) more complete debugger for Python than the stock pdb.py debugger. more>>
Extended Python Debugger is a complete debugger for Python than the stock pdb.py debugger.

It supports a "restart" command and stack traces that show fewer ?s and give better information for exec statements.

Stepping/nexting skips over method/function "defs". It tries to follow gdbs command set unless there is good reason not to.

Devel::DebugInit 0.3

Devel::DebugInit 0.3

Devel::DebugInit is a Perl extension for creating a debugger initialization files from C header file macros. more>>
Devel::DebugInit is a Perl extension for creating a debugger initialization files from C header file macros.

SYNOPSIS

use Devel::DebugInit::GDB;
my $gdb = new Devel::DebugInit::GDB filenames => ["/my/path/to/library.h"];
$gdb->write("/my/path/to/library/.gdbinit");

Devel::DebugInit is aimed at C/C++ developers who want access to C macro definitions from within a debugger. It provides a simple and automated way of creating debugger initialization files for a specific project. The initialization files created contain user-defined functions built from the macro definitions in the projects header files.

By calling new(), the files specified by the filenames parameter are parsed by the C preprocessor, and all macros #defined in the file (and if desired, all macros #defined by all #included files as well), will be parsed and expanded. By then calling the write() method, these macros can be written to an output file in the format of user-defined functions specific for your debugger.

By automating the process, a new file can be created whenever the code of a project changes, and that way there will not be antiquated copies lying around to trap the unwary.

NOTES

This module requires the use of one of the debugger-specific backend modules, such as Devel::DebugInit::GDB which is supplied with DebugInit. The backends supply the output routines which are specific for that debugger.
This module also requires both the C::Scan and Data::Flow modules and will not function without them.

DISLIN 9.1

DISLIN 9.1

DISLIN is a high-level plotting library for displaying data as curves, polar plots, bar graphs, pie charts, 3D-color plots. more>>
DISLIN is a high-level plotting library for displaying data as curves, polar plots, bar graphs, pie charts, 3D-color plots, surfaces, contours and maps.
DISLIN is intended to be a powerful and easy to use software package for scientists and programmers. There are only a few graphics routines with a short parameter list needed to display the desired graphical output. A large variety of parameter setting routines can then be called to create individually customized graphics.
The software is available for several C, Fortran 77 and Fortran 90/95 compilers on the operating systems UNIX, Linux, FreeBSD, OpenVMS, Windows and MS-DOS. DISLIN programs are very system-independent, they can be ported from one operating system to another without any changes.
For some operating systems, the programming languages textExtern Python, textExtern Perl and textExtern Java are also supported by DISLIN. The DISLIN interpreter DISGCL is availble for all supported operating systems. See a complete list of the supported operating systems and compilers.
A short description of the DISLIN features is given in Overview. DISLIN manuals can be downloaded as compressed tar files in PostScript, PDF and HTML format. An online manual is also available as an alphabetical list of all DISLIN routines.
DISLIN is free for non-commercial use. Licenses for selling programs linked with
DISLIN or for using DISLIN in an environment related to business are available from this site.
The DISLIN software and manuals can be downloaded via HTML and from FTP servers.
Enhancements:
- Thread-safe C libraries, additional character features, hardware symbols, an unlimited number of widgets, and bugfixes.

IP Accounter 1.31

IP Accounter 1.31

IPAC-NG is the iptables/ipchains based IP accounting package for Linux. more>>
IPAC-NG is the iptables/ipchains based IP accounting package for Linux.

It collects, summarizes, and nicely displays IP accounting data. Its output can be a simple ASCII table, or graph images. Ipchains and iptables are supported. Logs are stored in files, gdbm, or PostgreSQL database.

ipac consists of one perl script and one C program:

- fetchipac, executed from cron once in a while, reads the current ip accounting data assembled by the kernel and stores it into a database

- ipacsum summarizes the data from a set of records from the database and, optionally,
replaces these records by one. It displays the values as a simple table containing the sums, as png graph pictures or as ascii graph pictures.
