Customer-Touch CRM provides a CRM for small to medium farms.
Version restrictions:
- This application does not work correctly when using Konquerer as your browser. Tested are IE, Opera, and Netscape.
- The statistic routines do not handle an empty database too well. The management information and the site statustics both need some records in the database to function properly. In fact, the whole application handles an empty database quite poorly
- When one uses a really short username/password for the initial account the message "Column password cannot be null" appears. When using a longer username and a longer password, this should work. Ill try and get a decent error message in the next version when this occurs.

- Added possibility to validate entities in block for validators
- Added "sign" products feature and datamining on this item: the application will automatically alert you if you have an equal amount of products, but with opposite sign, in some entities. This will help desk job

Customer Information Tracker provides an Eros BBS engine to build a customer information tracker.
It has two tables so far: contact (which stores first name, last name, pager, email, and an organization id) and organization, which stores a name for the organization, a billing address, and a shipping address.
You can have as many contacts as you want, and as many organizations as you want (within the limits of disk space). So far, you can manage (add/edit/delete) contacts and organizations, and display the list of contacts associated with an organization.
Installing
.get bbsengine working first.
.be sure that group www exists in the database, since the sql file assumes that group exists.
.import cit-schema.sql file to postgresql.
.make sure that HTML_QuickForm from PEAR (http://pear.php.net/quickform) is installed and working. use a stable version. current version as of 2006-04-31 is 3.2.5.
Enhancements:
- removed all the complicated tables and replaced them with just 2: organization and person.

Asterisell project is a Web based application for viewing, rating, and billing Asterisk VoIP calls.
Usage Scenario:
- you are a vendor of Voice over IP Telephony services (VoIP)
- your customers call other users who can reside on different telephone networks
- your customers pay you for this service
in order to route the calls on particular networks you have to use the services of other vendors
- you are a customer of others vendors
- you pays others vendors for this service
So Asterisell views you (the VoIP service provider) as a reseller of others vendors services. It permits to associate for every call a cost and an income. The cost is what the customer pays to the service provider and the cost is what the service provider pays to other vendors in order to route the call.

Interna is billing software that is able to manage customer-related and product-related data and statistics.
The document managment is able to generate the types quotation, order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, and credit advice in English and German.
Enhancements:
- The startup scripts are only provided as Linux shell scripts.
- The software has not been tested with Windows yet.

easy TicketManager project is a system for managing customer requests (trouble tickets or similar) for a group of users.
Each ticket is assigned to a customer and a carer who is responsible for handling this ticket. Tickets can be organized in folders or by categories and can have notes attached to them.
Enhancements:
- You can manage tickets and define a workflow to handle these items.
- The installer has been improved, as well as the plugin concept.
- The following plugins are shipped and installed automatically: notes management, bookmarks management, and the ticket plugin.

Web Business Pro is a Web application designed for everyday business activities. The project includes support for customer lists, inventory, receipt printing, and accounting. Fully featured search functions and filters make it easy to find what you need quickly.

Timecardimport allows time sheet data to be imported from GnoTime or Palm Timesheet into SQL-Ledger as time cards.

Installation:

Extract Timecardimport.pm and tcimport.pl into the directory of your choice. Edit the variables in tcimport.pl to reflect your database and SQL-Ledger settings. The database user specified must have SELECT rights to customer, employee, parts and projects tables and INSERT rights to the jcitems table.

Usage:

The supplied tcimport.pl script is a sample front-end that calls on the Timecardimport.pm module to do the actual processing of the file. It should be fairly trivial to write additional front ends (eg. Web, gtk) based on the example of tcimport.pl, and such front ends may be included in later releases of this software. To use tcimport.pl, simply run the script from the command line with the file to import as the only argument.

GnoTime must be configured so that customer and project names are nested. That is, the first level of projects defined in GnoTime are the same as the customer names in SQL-Ledger, and the second level of projects are the projects for that customer as defined in SQL-Ledger. The sqltognotime.pl script supplied can create a template gnotime-data.xml file from your SQL-Ledger customers and projects for use with GnoTime.

When importing GnoTime timelines, the tag for any imported lines will be set to PAID, and the line will be ignored on any subsequent run.

If using Palm Timesheet, enter either the project names, or the customer name (in which case the first project of that customer in SQL-Ledger will be used). Since the import of customer and/or project names cannot be automated for Palm Timesheet like it can for GnoTime, the Timecardimport.pm module does not require an exact match between the name used in Palm Timesheet and that used in SQL-Ledger, but you must use an unambiguous substring in order to avoid mis-matches.

Palm Timesheet records can be exported in a number of formats. This script requires the "clockings" format to be used. There is no conduit to sync these records to your PC, but they can be exported from within Timesheet to an SD Card, or as a Memo which can be synchronised with the ordinary Memo conduit. Either of these methods will work fine with this script.

CashCow is a library for clearing Internet payment transactions with the Danish PBS through an SSL connection.
CashCow clears the following kinds of transactions between a customer and the PBS:
