Free current transfers software for linux

Current project is an open source implementation of a server to interact with the Up2date Agent shipped in Red Hat Linux.
Everything is implemented for a basic, anonymous only system. We are working to extend support for non-anonymous (fully managed) setups.
Main features:
- Production quality Up2date server for 2.7 to 4.4 clients with a Fedora Core 1, 2, 3, 4, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3, or 4 server.

Enhancements:
- This version fixes errors in the channel scan code path that was nonfunctional in 1.7.5.
- This also includes code to reconnect to MySQL databases when the connection times out.
- The database also collects a bit more meta information about each client, and that is displayed in the TG web interface.

Apple Disk Transfer ProDOS (or ADTPro for short) transfers diskettes and logical disk images between Apple ][-era computers and the modern world. If youre familiar with the original ADT, ADTPro extends ADTs reach by working with more logical disk formats, drive types, communications devices, and host operating systems.

Server
The server program runs on a computer capable of running Java. Depending on how you want to connect to your Apple, you might also need a serial port and cables, an Uthernet card for your apple, or a couple of audio patch cables. The server offers a compact user interface that shows what communications are taking place between the host and the Apple ][.
The servers primary role is to send and receive disk images as requested from the client. But if you have recently acquired an Apple and a disk drive, and you have no software for it - youre in a bit of a tricky situation if you want to move software from the Internet all the way to your shiny new Apple. ADTPros server can help get you get bootstrapped.
Client
The client side runs on the Apple ][. It handles most of the user interaction. When choosing disks/volumes to transfer, anything that ProDOS can see is fair game. Transferring data occurs with a 20k buffer on the Apple, so all transfers are broken up into 20k chunks. A progress indicator shows how far it is into the current chunk, as well as a running count of the total progress.
Enhancements:
- This release has been enhanced with Jean-Marc Boutillon (Deckard)s FASTDSK fast Disk II reading routines.
- This results in a speed boost of 25%-33% for Disk II to host transfers.
- Bootstrapping operations have been reduced, as there is no longer a dependency on ProDOS BASIC.

This is a traffic generator. It is used to check what massive amounts of traffic of certain type will do to an intervening network.

It does not try to measure throughput or response times. It has been made with the question in mind: If 100 clients does simultaneous TCP transfers for 2 days, will my router break? Or can I configure my firewall while 50 people are doing large TCP transfers through the device?

ical for Red Hat is an effort to provide the ical program in RPM format for users of current versions of Red Hat Linux.

XMLSensors is a set of programs that serve as generic plugins to monitoring systems such as Nagios, Big Brother, Zabbix, and many others. The sensors output an XML status file for each sensor that is retrieved and processed by a generic plugin to the monitoring system of your choice.
The XML can be published on a Web server, and transferred via network shares or SSH. It currently has 2 sensors. phpbb2_version checks the version of a phpBB forum against the offcial release, and smf_version does the same for a Simple Machines forum. Theres also a dummy sensor that you can modify yourself.
It contains the following sensors:
- dummy (an empty sensor you can modify)
- phpbb_version - Checks the version on phpbb2 sites against the current version on phpbb.com
- smf_version - Check the version of Simple Machines forums against the current version on the official site.
Enhancements:
- This release adds support for the XMLSensor1.1 format and moves to the GPLv3.

create Image is an amarok script that can create an image of the current playlist and save the files to an iso image.

The iso image is found in the respective home folders.

CrunchyFrog is a database schema browser and query tool written in Python/PyGTK. CrunchyFrogs current status is under development, but its useable for the most common tasks.

Live PageRank is an extension which will display PageRank for active URL.

Live PR gives you a movable (DnD) widget which shows you the Google Pagerank of the current URL.
