Photo Grid Print is a software which can print photos in a grid on a single page.

Photo Grid Print is a dialog window that lets you print a set of photos in a grid on a single page. You set the number of rows and columns in the grid. It figures out an efficient layout to maximize the photo size and minimize the paper used, rotating photos as needed. You can tell it to fill the page with your photo(s), repeating them as needed.

Once installed, the dialog is started by selecting some photos in the Gnome file manager (nautilus) or in the F-Spot application: right-click > Open With... > Open with Photo Grid Print.

This simple PHP4 script aims to make it as easy as possible to throw up a bunch of pictures with thumbnails on the web, yet provides many extra features. Simply drop your JPEG, PNG and GIF files in a directory, and the script will create navigation web pages on the fly that includes high-quality thumbnails, captions, Next/Previous links, and user-controlled slideshow mode.
You can allow guest comments for each photo. Add a text file with the filenames in it, and also sort the photos any way you want. Admin mode lets you upload via the web and delete unwanted photos and comments.

Kitty Hooch Photo Manager is something I wrote for myself I thought Id share. I use it to process photos where I need to copy, resize, create a thumbnail and write some text. I got sick of gimping (sick of gimp really) and automated this to produce text files or PHP strings too.

If you call it from Quanta it will even regester everything in your project so its one step from picking a list of photos and commenting on them to uploading. Sorry, you have to write your own PHP libraries.

This requires ImageMagick. I just added the thumbnailing and I know how to make it a lot faster, but Im too tired to do it now. In case youre wondering if you can do anything with Kommander, this is EXACTLY the type of thing I had in mind for it. This may not be what you need, but with a few minutes of editing the output patterns it may be a dream come true. Enjoy.
