Java GetOpt library implements option parsing and a common online help behaviour, including an XML format for topics, command, and options (which can be queried with --help --xml) and support for online browsing with --help --browse.

Whats New in This Release:

Python Macromolecular Library (mmLib) is a software toolkit and library of routines for the analysis and manipulation of macromolecular structural models, implemented in the Python programming language.

Python Macromolecular Library is accessed via a layered, object-oriented application programming interface, and provides a range of useful software components for parsing mmCIF, and PDB files, a library of atomic elements and monomers, an object-oriented data structure describing biological macromolecules, and an OpenGL molecular viewer.

The mmLib data model is designed to provide easy access to the various levels of detail needed to implement high-level application programs for macromolecular crystallography, NMR, modeling, and visualization.

This includes specialized classes for proteins, DNA, amino acids, and nucleic acids. Also included is a extensive monomer library, element library, and specialized classes for performing unit cell calculations combined with a full space group library.

Minimal OpenGL Utility Library (MOGUL) is a library similar to GLUT, only with fewer features. It lets you write window-system-independent OpenGL programs with even fewer lines of code than GLUT.
The project currently supports X11 and Win32. Examples are included in the distribution. It is intended to be easy to learn and simple to use.
Enhancements:
- Compilation of the library has been successful under MS Windows 2000 (SP1) and Debian "sarge".
- However, it should compile on any Linux distribution.
- You may need to adjust the linker options if you are compiling under MS Windows XP or a more recent version of MinGW.

ustring C++ Unicode library provides a wide string class which fits with STL, implementing a full Unicode normalizer, uppercase and lowercase transformation, and diacritical mark removal. A Unicode level-1 regular expression class is also provided.
