Contact Book is a simple contact book manager.

Simple Contact that could be compared to Mac OS Xs simply address book application. I plan on making the initial release with very basic functionality but it will certainly grow from there.

Although it is in a deb it does net check dependancies so make sure you have mono, GTK# (2.4), and sqlite installed to use it.

Why you might be interested:

- Simple Address Book so you dont have to use evolution (this was my main reason for starting this project)

The Tab Completion Grade Book is a full-featured grade book for teachers.

mCatalog is an application for catalogue films and books. Its completely written in C# and dessigned for working in the GNOME desktop. The major goal is to be visually nice and as usable as possible.

It allow to search your book or film in amazon, searching by title, keyword or ISBN.

Librarian DB was originally developed for a Church library, to store its books and allow its members find books. The project stores the following information about each book:
- Title
- Author / Editor
- ISBN
- Publisher
- Copyright year
- Categories
- Audience
- Media type (e.g. Book,DVD, CD, ...)
And since it is a Dataface application it is easy to add your own information to be stored.
Enhancements:
- This release fixes incompatibilities with PHP 4.
- Specifically, it fixes the error "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in .../tables/books/books.php on line 61"

color wrapper is a non-intrusive real-time ANSI color wrapper for common unix-based commands on GNU/linux. cw is designed to simulate the environment of the commands being executed, so that if a person types du, df, ping, etc. in their shell it will automatically color the output in real-time according to a definition file containing the color format desired.
color wrapper has support for wildcard match coloring, tokenized coloring, headers/footers, case scenario coloring, command line dependent definition coloring, and includes over 50 pre-made definition files.
cw works by having an augmented PATH environmental variable which has a path to the cw definition directory prepended to it, this is usually set as "export ATH=/usr/local/lib/cw:$PATH" (in bash). in this cw definition directory you will see file(s) under the very same name of the program they are designed to color. these files appear as the common executable binaries you may be used to using, but they are just text files that contain instructions for cw to use, including the path to the "real" binary.

Logapp is a wrapper utility that helps supervise the execution of applications that produce heavy console output (e.g. make, CVS, and Subversion). It does this by logging, trimming, and coloring each line of the output before displaying it.
It can be called instead of the executable that should be monitored; it then starts the application and logs all of its console output to a file. The output shown in the terminal is preprocessed, e.g. to limit the length of printed lines and to show the stderr output in a different color.
The project is also possible to automatically highlight lines that match a certain regular expression. The output is therefore reduced to the necessary amount, and all important lines are easy to identify.
Enhancements:
- Handling of multiple Logapp instances trying to access the same logfile has been added and the parameter parsing has been improved.
- Additionally, usage of threads and PTYs can now be disabled.
