Avanor, the Land of Mystery is rapidly-growing Rogue-like game with an easy ADOM-like user interface. It has countryside and subterranean areas to explore, a quest system, and some original features.

Apache mod_suid allows per-vhost execution of scripts under their own UIDs. It functions in a way similar to Apaches perchild MPM, but differs in a number of ways.

Apache mod_suid does per child user/group switching; the Apache MPM makes switches based on vhosts. All processing is done under a specific UID/GID, including PHP and mod_perl scripts.

Beesoft Commander is a file manager (like Norton Commander) for Linux.

BSCommander is based on Qt-GUI.

The basis of this program is Qt toolkit from Trolltech (non-commercial licence for open sources programs). Im writing in C++, and using Qt and STL.

CrunchyFrog is a database schema browser and query tool written in Python/PyGTK. CrunchyFrogs current status is under development, but its useable for the most common tasks.

PhareRouge is a GNU/Linux compatible version of the "RedLight Variety Alpha" Japanese-enabled Hotline client and server.

Some new features were also added. PhareRouge uses Java so also runs under Windows and Macintosh.

KRDesktop is a GPL-ed KDE (QT3) front-end for rdesktop. This provides a GUI interface for windows terminal services (remote desktop) or any other RDP based screen sharing.

Written in Kommander, this also serves as a good example of RAD development under linux.

MicroPics is a small Gnome applet that display miniature photos on your Gnome Panel. When the mouse runs over it, Micropics enlarges the image.

Installation:

Execute, as root:

# python setup.py install

should do it.

Now, restart Gnome, and add to the panel Micropics (under Multimedia).
