C2::Newsletter is a simple tool for sending newsletters to your visitors. It allows you to create multiple newsletters, so your visitors can select which topics they want to receive.
There is an admin interface to add/edit newsletters and recipients, and send in plain text or MIME-encoded. It is easy to use, but currently only in German (English will be available soon).

BioCluster is a peer-to-peer clustering platform for Asterisk, the open source PBX, which allows Asterisk to be used as a full carrier-grade telephony solution. This project is meant to be installed on several machines together with Asterisk, turning them into a VoIP cluster.

While the BioCluster peer-to-peer protocol was initially designed to cater to Asterisk-based clustering solutions, the BioCluster framework is capable of being extended to support various forms of normally unclustered devices or software packages.

RivetTracker is a modified version of PHPBTTracker. This program provides the same functionality as most other bittorrent trackers and uses MySQL as the database backend.

The project improves on PHPBTTracker by adding a more robust installer, a centralized administration page with authentication, and more detailed statistics on users connected to the tracker.

Packet Debugger presents a debugger-like UI for pcap packet capture files.

The Packet Debugger (pdb) allows users to work with packet streams as if they were working with a source code debugger.

Users can list, inspect, modify, and retransmit any packet from captured files, as well as work with live packet captures.

Oxylus Newsletters System is a complex newsletter system. It allows you to manage multiple groups.
You can import and export users, and public subscription is allowed. Oxylus Newsletters System project allows linux users to schedule newsletters for a specific date using a crontab job.
For each sent newsletter, you can see its history and whether it was successfully sent.
Enhancements:
- This version is fully compatible with PHP5.
- The mails are sent just once to all the users.
- The SQL error which occurred when new groups are created was fixed.
- Various framework bugfixes were made.

KBlogger project is a kicker-applet used for quick blogging. Just push the blog button and blog! It currently supports the Meta-Weblog-Api, which is supported by most blogs.
Support for other Apis is planned, which apis do you use? This is my first kde/qt app, so any improvements or whishes are welcome!
