Bulk Meter Flow and Operations provides a Web-based application to manage water meter readings.

Gerris project is an Open Source Free Software library for the solution of the partial differential equations describing fluid flow.
Gerris is supported by NIWA (National Institute of Water and Atmospheric research) and by the Marsden Fund of the Royal Society of New Zealand.
The code is written entirely in C and uses both the GLib Library and the GTS Library for geometrical functions and object-oriented programming.

Installation: The simplest way to compile this package is:

1. `cd to the directory containing the packages source code and type `./configure to configure the package for your system.
2. Running `configure might take a while. While running, it prints some messages telling which features it is checking for.
3. Type `make to compile the package.
4. Optionally, type `make check to run any self-tests that come with the package.
5. Type `make install to install the programs and any data files and
6. documentation.
7. You can remove the program binaries and object files from the source code directory by typing `make clean. To also remove the files that `configure created (so you can compile the package for a different kind of computer), type `make disclean. There is also a `make maintainer-clean target, but that is intended mainly for the packages developers. If you use it, you may have to get all sorts of other programs in order to regenerate files that came with the distribution.

This extension runs under any OS. If you use Windows, you could try our other Windows specific extension "Broadband Speed test and Diagnostics" that has extra features and can only run under Windows. We are creating this because we get many requests from non-windows users.

[why another calculator] Some time ago, I was looking for a GTK based calulator. Nothing special, just for simple computations. But I wasnt able to find one.
