skim is an input method platform based upon scim-lib that has been optimized for KDE. skim project provides a GUI panel (named scim-panel-kde), a KConfig config module, and SetupUIs for itself and scim-lib. It also has its own plugin system, which supports on-demand loadable actions.

mergelog provides a fast tool to merge HTTP log files by date.
mergelog is a small and fast C program, which merges HTTP log files by date in Common Log Format (Apache default log format) from Web servers, behind round-robin DNS.
It has been designed to easily process huge logs from highly stressed servers, and can manage gzipped files.

Libxffm is the basic filemanagement library used by some xffm applications, such as the xffm-filemanager.
Libxffm was developed as a part of the xffm-filemanager and has evolved into a separate package.
Xffm is the integration of xftree, xfsamba and xfglob with additional enhancements and use of the gtk-2.0 library.
The final xffm is integrated by Edscott Wilson Garcia, but xffm is possible thanks to the many peoples who have contributed time, work and resources.

cxxtools is a library of unrelated, but useful C++ classes.
It contains an argument-parser, a base-64 encoder/decoder, a C++ interface to iconv, md5-stream for easy MD5 calculation, threading classes, socket classes, a dynamic exception-safe buffer, a wrapper for dlopen/dlsym, a pool template (e.g., for a connection pool in a multi-threaded application), query_params, and a class for easy parsing of CGI parameters (GET and POST) in a CGI program.

- This release adds a policy-based smart pointer and a parser for property files.
- The parser for INI files was rewritten.
