Bomb is a visual-musical instrument. It uses alife, and is alife. It runs on your PC and produces animated organic graphics in response to the keyboard, audio music, or on its own. You can download it from this web site, and run it on your PC.
I encourage you to make your own "music" to work with Bomb, or just use it as a screensaver. I am always thrilled to hear about what people do with it, so please keep me informed if you make something of it. Collaboration is also a possibility. X-bomber project is a multiplayer game for Unix systems.
"X-Bomber" is multi-player maze-style game where players collect and drop bombs, in an attempt to blow each other up. Last player standing wins!
X-Bomber is vaguely based on "Atomic Bomberman" by InterPlay and "Bomberman" by Hudsonsof. It is played on a grid, rather than with smooth movement.
Main features:
- 4 players on screen, up to 3 may be computer-controlled
- Pairs of players can share the same keyboard (so only two PCs are needed for a 4-human match)
- 2 types of bombs - normal, and remote-controlled
- Randomly-placed boxes with random power-ups inside!
- Occasionally, random boxes of explosive TNT
- 100 level maps!
- A nasty "death" character who appears if the players take too long. He ruthlessly homes in one a character until he catches him... then he picks a new victim!

BomberClone is a Bomberman like game. You have to drop bombs which will be explode after a while. With this bombs you have to try to kill the other players. If you are the last player in the game you have won.

Its very easy to play.

You can find some powerups to get more range for your bombs and to drop more as just one bomb.

Bomber Instinct project is a multiplayer Bomberman-like game in a maze.
Bomber Instinct is a multiplayer-only bomberman-like game which adds many features (such as special powers for the characters).
Basically, several people must battle in a maze, their only weapon being a bomb which explodes, throwing flames vertically and horizontally.
The game only plays on a single computer for now.

Gnome Attacks is a Gnome 2 game where you bomb cities into oblivion in order to make a flat surface for your rapidly-losing-height spaceship to land.

Blackshift, a satisfyingly difficult puzzle/skill/action game. You should try it out. I think youd like it. Basically, its a top down view of a subterranean maze, where you have to blow up a frozen alien in order to continue. There are about a hundred levels to beat, each one more evil and twisted than the last.

RUNNING IT:
If Blackshift wont run when you click the icon you should run it from a console. It worked for me. Explanations as to why are welcome, especially if they arent Because KDE is weird. As always, YMMV.
