Loki Render software is a queue manager. It serves Blender render jobs or your own scripts to a pool of clients.

This is commonly called "distributed network rendering" or a "render farm". Loki can also boot clients via PXE, making for a quick and scalable pool.

Versatile Encoder allows you to encode your own videos into good quality mpeg4 or h264. The input can be a sequence of files (as generated by blender), a file (if you want to recompress something) or a DVD/VCD (if you need to backup some movie).

This piece of software tries to guess good defaults and to help the user in his choices. It works at least under Windows and Linux, the coding platform is Linux.

It should work without a hassle under all BSD variants and probably under MacOSX too, report me if you get it working somewhere else.

bnrt is 2 programs, a client and a server, that help render frames of animations over a network using multiple computers that all have Blender, a popular opensource 3D modeler/renderer, on them.

bnrt can run on Linux, Windows, and any other environment supported by both Java and Blender. Currently it is only set up to run on Linux and Windows, since those are the OSs I have running and active at the moment. But it is pretty trivial for me to add more OSs as long as they are supported by both Java and Blender.

To use bnrt you need to run the server on each system that you want to render frames on. This is done by either running the server shellscript or batch file. Or you can even just type in java -jar bnrtServer.jar at the command line.

After you have started a server on each system, then you need to run the client, which does not do any rendering. You can run a server and a client on the same machine. To run the client you need to run the following command from a command line:

java -jar bnrtClient.jar {file to render.blend} {first frame} {last frame} {server1} {server2} {server3....}

Please note that at the moment this is still pretty alpha code. I use it on my own network with up to 5 machines, mixed Windows and Linux as well as various processors, and it works quite well for me. YMMV, but if you run into a problem I will be happy to try to help you out as much as possible.

List::Part is a Perl module that allows you to partition one array into several.

List::Part implements the part function, allowing one array to be "partitioned" into several based on the results of a code reference.

There are many applications in which the items of a list need to be categorized. For example, lets say you want to categorize lines in a log file:

Or, suppose you have a list of employees, and you need to determine their fate:

List::Part can help you do those sorts of things.

KSqlAnalyzer is a tool for easily accessing the data of a MS SQL database. It is made for developing and testing new SQL queries direclty on the server.
The functionality and look/feel of KSqlAnalyzer are similar to SQL Query Analyzer by Microsoft.
KSqlAnalyzer uses parts of the TDS library, and the editor uses parts of the KWrite source code becaus of its brilliant sytnax highlighting.
Enhancements:
- Trigger viewing and editing, and a new Edit menu item (Clear).
