phpBanner is a project which consists of a PHP banner manager.

phpBanner is a PHP3 application that allows you to easily include a banner ads system on your Web site.

phpBanners features include membership for your clients, banner administration tools both for client and admin, an image uploader, no dependence on crontab access or cookies, and no duplicate banner displays from the same page.

It also uses a simple script inclusion to include banners.

phpBannerEx consists in a PHP/mySQL Banner Exchange script.

hermes is an SMTP proxy. We developed hermes for our own use on ITEISA, and we have perfected it with new features to cover our own needs. It is now being made public on the hope that it will help others to stop spam the same way it does for us everyday.
What makes it special is that it can be used to stop spam using a combination of the following techniques:
SMTP banner delay
Most spammers will start sending data as soon as the connection is open, without waiting for the SMTP banner. What we do is delay this banner and if we have data waiting before we print it, we drop the connection.
Throttling
hermes will process incoming SMTP commands at a slow pace. Most spammers have very little patience, so they will stop sending an email if its taking too long to deliver.
Greylisting
Greylisting is a process that will delay incoming mails for some minutes before allowing them to be delivered. As most spammers will not resend their messages, you will not receive them. If you want a more technical description, scroll down to read a greylisting description.
You can configure how this techniques work in the configuration file and you can even disable/enable them at will.
Enhancements:
- This release fixes a remotely exploitable bug on versions 1.3 to 1.5.
- Apart from this, no new features have been added or code changed.
- Everyone is encouraged to update as soon as possible.

phpAdsNew is an open-source ad server, with an integrated banner management interface and tracking system for gathering statistics.
With phpAdsNew you can easily rotate paid banners and your own in-house advertisements. You can even integrate banners from third party advertising companies.
Main features:
- Manage, deliver and track banner of any size, pop-ups, text ads and many different types of rich media ads.

- Target campaigns by weekday, hour of the day, keywords, browser, operating system, domain name and IP addresses.
- Create very specific targeting rules by combining different targets with logical operators.
- Support for targeting by country or continent, by using the optional MaxMind GeoIP or IP2Country database, which can be bought seperately.
- Extensive real-time statistics for both advertisers and publishers.
- View daily, weekly, monthly and overall statistics for advertisers, campaigns, banners, publishers and zones.
- Clients can login and view their statistics or export it as CSV for use in other applications.
- Automatically send statistics to advertisers via e-mail.
