POT 1.3
The goal of Pot (PHP Object Template) is to totally divide the logic of a Web site from the design. more>>
The goal of Pot (PHP Object Template) is to totally divide the logic of a Web site from the design. Pot can be used by "common" people just by writing some XML tags in the HTML code.
The project supports technologies like Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, animated objects, and form data checking. Using your favourite WYSIWYG editor (like Dreamweaver or GoLive), you can create HTML pages where you place a tag wherever you need and write the required Pot parameter and value tags. There are 41 objects ready to be used.
Enhancements:
- This release has some bugfixes and initial support for AJAX (Javascript and DOM management).

Glom 1.3.11
Glom allows you to design database table definitions and the relationships between them. more>>
Glom allows you to design database table definitions and the relationships between them. It also allows you to edit and search the data in those tables.
The design is loosely based upon FileMaker Pro, with the added advantage of separation between interface and data. It attempts to provide a simple generic framework sufficient to implement most database applications. These systems normally consists of lots of repetitive, unmaintainable code.
Glom-specific data such as the relationship definitions is saved in the Glom document. Glom re-connects to the database server when it loads a previous Glom document. The document is in XML format.
Glom uses the PostgresSQL database backend but it can not edit databases that it did not create, because it uses only a simple subset of Postgres functionality.

PloneAtom 0.1.3
PloneAtom provides Atom support for Plone. more>>
PloneAtom provides Atom support for Plone.
This is a Plone product (that could probably be trivially modified for the CMF itself) which provides Atom support for Plone. Currently it provides the Atom syndication format for folderish objects, in the same way as RSS syndication is implemented.
Enabling Atom syndication
Atom syndication is enabled in exactly the same way as RSS syndication. To enable syndication on the site in general:
.Login as an admin user.
.Go to Plone Setup and choose Zope Management Interface
.Select the Properties tab in the portal_syndication tool.
.Click enable syndication. Then, to enable syndication support for a particular folderish object:
.Login as a user who has Owner/Manager permission for the folder.
.Surf to that folder and select the syndication tab.
.Click Enable syndication. Dont worry about the syndication options it gives you -- they are not used by atom (and ignored in most RSS clients, from what Ive seen).

Databrid 1.3
Databrid is a powerful tool that provides easy access to data and manipulation of data within an Oracle or MySql database. more>>
Databrid is a browsing, retrieval and manipulation tool designed for the novice to the expert user. Databrid works on MySql and Oracle Database (versions 8 and above although not all functionality in the Browser is available for the lower versions). The core functionality of Databrid revolves around the tabbed areas within the Databrid application. The four main tabs in the main screen of Databrid are: SQL Editor, Browser, File and Jobs.
## SQL EDITOR ##
The SQL Editor tab allows you to write and run SQL and PLSQL. The tab provides the ability to use one of more sql autocompletion, word and syntax highlighting editors with automatic case adjustment for keywords. Provided with each editor is a table for displaying SQL query results and a text output area to display DBMS_Output output. Jobs can be run in the background allowing for the execution of multiple statements at any given time.
## BROWSER ##
The Browser tab allows the you to browse various parts of the database schema. The browsing is done via a particular schema user and displays information on tables, views, sequences etc. Features include the generation of database creation statements for tables, views etc, browsing table or view data, truncating tables, etc.
## FILE ##
The File tab allows you work with a CSV (comma delimited text file) and the database without having to load the CSV into the database. This tab has two areas that functionality: CSV Update and Database Update. CSV Update allows you to add additional columns to a CSV using a Select statement, including binding CSV column values to the Select statement. Database Update allows you to update the database using insert, updates, deletes or PLSql by binding the CSV column values into your statement.
## JOBS ##
This tab allows you to view which jobs are currently running or have finished. Jobs that are running can also be stopped.

Xaraya 1.1.3
Xaraya is extensible, Open Source software written in PHP. more>>
Xaraya project is an extensible, Open Source web application framework written in PHP and licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Xaraya delivers the requisite infrastructure and tools to create custom web applications that include fully dynamic multi-platform Content Mangement Solutions (CMS).
Xarayas modular, database independent architecture introduces tools that separate form, function, content, and design with on-the-fly extensions allowing greater control and versatility.
Main features:
The Main Menu:
- Viewable at the top on the left side of the screen, and listing various modules as menu items, that are available for visitors to the site. Initial visibility to anonymous visitors and registered users will depend on options taken during the installation process but can be changed and fine tuned at any time through the privileges and roles modules.
Reminder:
- just that, a html block reminding you to delete install.php and upgrade.php files from your web root. You can manually remove this, or it will expire from view automatically after a set period.
The AdminMenu (Administrator) :
- In this example, located on the left under the Main Menu. Only visible to the Site Administrator and others that are give the Role as a member of the Administrator group. Every module that is available to the Site Administrator and has configuration options is listed as a menu item in the Admin Menu.
Site Header:
- Self explanatory consisting of the area across the top of the page, and containing in this instance the logo, and on the right a colour and font size selector panel. Can contain any content or visual elements you wish to place there.
Module space:
- This is the main area of the screen, where the output of the current module is displayed. In this particular instance it contains text from the Base module. Can contain any content or visual elements that you wish to place there.
Site Footer:
- Not visible in the diagram, but running along the full length of the bottom of the page. Can contain any elements you wish to place there.
Columns:
- in our example we only have one left column. In fact, for your site you can decide to have any number of columns, or no columns, and any number of blocks or no blocks at all. In addition, you can have this on one or more, or any of your pages - they can all be different! Whatever you can do in html you should be able to do on your Xaraya site, plus more!

wmMand is a Window Maker dockapp that allows you to browse or explore the Mandelbrot fractal.
Enhancements:
- The primary difference in this release is the focus handling.
- Now the keyboard isnt explicitly grabbed whenever the pointer is inside the small window, and unhandled key presses are passed on (so multimedia keys work, for example).
- Error trapping for malloc calls has been added.
- A minor problem in which the pointer was "flashing" when zooming with the keyboard has also been fixed.

AFD 1.3.5
AFD is a program to automatically distribute files either locally or to remote hosts. more>>
AFD comes from Automatic File Distributor and provides a framework for very flexible, non-stop, log and debug-able delivery of an arbitrary amount of files to multiple recipients as expressed in URLs (currently mailing and ftp supported with the mailto://user@domain and ftp://user:password@host URL conventions). AFD stands for Automatic File Distributor.
The most common technique used to distribute data is for each individual to fetch the data from one common place. This place can be a database, FTP-server or even the WWW (World Wide Web). However, this is not always the most user or customer friendly way for a company or organization to distribute its products. For this reason AFD (Automatic File Distributor) was developed, to provide a better service to users or customers in transporting the required data directly to the location where it is required.
When distributing files to a remote host it does so via the FTP or SMTP protocol. Local distribution is done by simply copying files from one directory to another. To distribute files, the AFD has one central configuration file (DIR_CONFIG), where the system administrator can specify which files are to be distributed and where they are to be sent.
Main features:
- The AFD can send/retrieve any type of file, regardless of contents and the name of the file.
- Only the files are being distributed, no other additional information is send with the file.
- The AFD has a very sophisticated and compact X11 interface to monitor and control the distribution of files (afd_ctrl). It has the ability to do extensive logging of all activities, even down to tracing each individual FTP/SMTP command.
- Files can be send to places where no AFD is installed.
- There can be more than one process distributing files to a single host. This has the advantage that when a large file is currently being distributed, other files dont have to wait until the large file is done.
- Where net capacity is limited, it is possible to distribute files with priority.
- If the transfer gets interrupted, AFD can append files. So data that has already been transmitted will not be send again.
- It is possible to setup a whole network of AFDs that can be monitored and controlled through a single interface (mon_ctrl).
Version restrictions:
- The AFD requires X11R5 and Motif 1.2.x (or higher).
Enhancements:
- Files that have been distributed or are to be distributed can now be viewed via show_olog and show_queue dialog.
- A new interface for acknowledging errors was added.
- All events are logged into a separate log file.
- The pattern matching function was enhanced so that it can also handle [] brackets.
- More syntax checks were added for options in DIR_CONFIG.

wmUpMon 0.1.3
wmUpMon is a dockapp that displays your system uptime in realtime. more>>
wmUpMon is a dockapp that displays your system uptime in realtime.
Installation:
The `configure shell script attempts to guess correct values for various system-dependent variables used during compilation.
It uses those values to create a `Makefile in each directory of the package. It may also create one or more `.h files containing system-dependent definitions.
Finally, it creates a shell script `config.status that you can run in the future to recreate the current configuration, a file `config.cache that saves the results of its tests to speed up
reconfiguring, and a file `config.log containing compiler output (useful mainly for debugging `configure).
If you need to do unusual things to compile the package, please try to figure out how `configure could check whether to do them, and mail diffs or instructions to the address given in the `README so they can be considered for the next release.
If at some point `config.cache contains results you dont want to keep, you may remove or edit it.
The file `configure.in is used to create `configure by a program called `autoconf. You only need `configure.in if you want to change it or regenerate `configure using a newer version of `autoconf.
The simplest way to compile this package is:
1. `cd to the directory containing the packages source code and type `./configure to configure the package for your system.
If youre using `csh on an old version of System V, you might need to type `sh ./configure instead to prevent `csh from trying to execute
`configure itself.
Running `configure takes awhile. While running, it prints some messages telling which features it is checking for.
2. Type `make to compile the package.
3. Optionally, type `make check to run any self-tests that come with the package.
4. Type `make install to install the programs and any data files and documentation.
5. You can remove the program binaries and object files from the source code directory by typing `make clean. To also remove the files that `configure created (so you can compile the package for a different kind of computer), type `make distclean.
There is also a `make maintainer-clean target, but that is intended mainly for the packages developers. If you use it, you may have to get all sorts of other programs in order to regenerate files that came with the distribution.
Enhancements:
- Fixed a compile issue for systems with older C compilers
