BITE SQL Reports project consists of an advanced SQL reports for existing databases.
BITE is SQL reporting software that can be "plugged" into any existing database to add advanced reporting capabilities.
You can build reports and store them in the same database, view, print, save, and FTP these reports to pre-defined places, or distribute the "viewer" software so that others can run the reports that you build.
Enhancements:
- An initial Makefile has been added.
- gcc compile issues have been fixed.

SvnReporter generates various reports in response to commits happening in a Subversion repository.

SvnReporter is intended to be called from the post-commit hook. Two types of reports are supported: single-event and event list reports.

The former generate reports relative to the current commit only, and are typically used to generate post-commit mails.

The latter generate reports relative to a list of commits, e.g. an RSS feed or a Web page showing the latest commits.

Reports can be restricted to certain criteria, specified by a list of regular expressions. The format of the reports can be defined with a template.

VCS Report is a free open source Java project to generate statistical reports from your VCS repository. Versions Control System (VCS) helps to manage revisions of your source files.
You can run VCS Report on Microsoft Windows and Linux. VCS Report shows various information about your project files stored in the VCS. VCS Report can be used as a plugin for IntelliJ IDEA, Borland JBuilder, Eclipse, NetBeans.

Data::Report provides a framework for flexible reporting.

Data::Report is a flexible, plugin-driven reporting framework. It makes it easy to define reports that can be produced in text, HTML and CSV. Textual ornaments like extra empty lines, dashed lines, and cell lines can be added in a way similar to HTML style sheets.

The Data::Report framework consists of three parts:
The plugins

Plugins implement a specific type of report. Standard plugins provided are Data::Report::Plugin::Text for textual reports, Data::Report::Plugin::Html for HTML reports, and Data::Report::Plugin::Csv for CSV (comma-separated) files.
Users can, and are encouraged, to develop their own plugins to handle different styles and types of reports.

The base class
The base class Data::Report::Base implements the functionality common to all reporters, plus a number of utility functions the plugins can use.

The factory
The actual Data::Report module is a factory that creates a reporter for a given report type by selecting the appropriate plugin and returning an instance thereof.

NG-Admin is designed for the content management of Databases, i.e. to browse, add, edit and delete data. It is somewhat similar to phpMyAdmin, but it is specialized to edit contents of the websites, not to edit the database structure. NG-Admin features are very easy to use and highly tunable.
NG-Admin was initially based on DASystem by Degtyarev Dmitriy, but because this project is no longer updated (last from 2003-11-28), we wrote lots of code completely new and added new functions and modules.

Enhancements:
- A new field named "timestamp_manual" has been added.
- As it says, it is to set values of timestamp fields manually.
- The error-messages are more detailed.
- By clicking "details" in the message box (available only on error), you will see a more detailed description about the error and why it occurred.
- The configuration file is easier to understand and has better comments sections.
- Minor fixes and speed improvements were made with colors and delete.
- A bug with local upload was fixed.

Domain Auditor project was written to audit and track accounts within a domain. This tool uses LDAP queries to a definable Active Directory server to find various definable classes of accounts.
Initially it will operate interactively, but capabilities may be added in the future to automate functions (i.e. generate reports on a scheduled basis). The installation script handles most installation chores, so setup is very straightforward.
The tool is beta status at this time, but is in being used to generate SOX reports for my employer.
Main features:
- Reports - This function will display a list of defined reports, when invoked it will generate a list of accounts from AD (via LDAP queries) the results returned will depend on what you have defined for the filter for any particular report class under Sysadmin
- Sys Admin - This function will allow you to changes the system settings for LDAP server and port, base DN, Bind DN, username and password, and the database settings (mySQL only at this time). You may also add the report class definitions and their matching LDAP filters within this module
- User Admin - This screen is used to define users for the system and their rights. Usernames are used as the primary value, and entered values are validated via LDAP queries
- Audit Logs - The system logs all changes to the information stored and this page will allow you to review the data from these logs

SQL Admin is a Java client application to connect and send queries to different databases through JDBC.
SQLAdmin uses the brand new SWT Toolkit. The main idea is to create a multiplatform and multidatabase thin client. For example, you can connect to an Microsoft SQL Server from a Linux machine, or connect to a PostgreSQL/Linux server from a Windows machine using the same application.
Main features:
- Based on the SWT Tookit. Java applications can use the native Toolkit with a platform independant API. For example, SQLAdmin uses GTK2 in Linux
- Lightweight : The application itself is small, and the SWT provides a nice gui with a very small footprint
- Abstract JDBC driver backend. User should configure only basic parameters like server, port, and login without the need to know about Class names or JDBC URLs
- Graphical view of connections and database metadata such as schemas, tables and fields
- Multiple query execution. Also supports embedded comments on SQL Text
