ncc application is a compiler that produces program analysis information. ncc is a decent replacement of cflow and cscope able to analyse any program using the gcc compiler.
The program also incliudes a graphical call-graph navigator and source browser which is extremely practical for hacking and comprehending large projects.

FET is an open source timetabling application for schools, high-schools and some universities.

Linice is a source-level kernel debugger for x86 systems with the look and feel of SoftIce for MS Windows.
It is designed for people who are already familiar with SoftIce, but anyone can quickly get used to it. It can break into a running kernel at any time using a hotkey and supports breakpoints and single step on modules, the kernel, or user programs.
Linice supports the VGA frame buffer, the X Window System, serial connections, and monochrome adapters.
Enhancements:
- A bug in linsym where getlogin() would return NULL for some kernels has been fixed.
- This fixes a linsym segfault reported by a number of users.

SDCC is a freeware, retargettable, optimizing ANSI-C compiler. The current version targets Intel 8051-based MCUs, the Zilog Z80, and the DS390. Targets for the Microchip PIC and Amtel AVR series are under development, and the compiler can be retargeted for other 8 bit MCUs or PICs.
The entire source code for the compiler is distributed under GPL. SDCC uses ASXXXX and ASLINK, a freeware, retargettable assembler & linker. SDCC has extensive MCU (8051)-specific language extensions, which lets it utilize the underlying hardware effectively.
SDCC includes a source-level debugger/simulator and can generate debug info for the NoICE debugger.
