Whats New in 10.2 Stable Release:
- After a lot of work, we proudly announce the availability of openSUSE 10.2, formerly known as SUSE Linux 10.x As usual, we ship all the latest open source packages available at the time. But we want to give a special mention to the redesigned GNOME and KDE desktop, Firefox 2.0, ext3 as the new default file system, support for internal SD card readers, new power management and, last but not least, our improved package management. - Its my pleasure to announce the availability of openSUSE 10.3 Beta2. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to this release of openSUSE! Important Changes Since Beta2: kernel 2.6.22.3; glibc 2.6.1; the YaST infrastructure was improved to allow writing complete YaST modules; bootloader improvements - openSUSE 10.3 will use chainloader if it detects additional installations in other partitions, otherwise configfile sections will be used; improved package lists of 1-CD GNOME and KDE; countless bug fixes in every component.

Ah3 project is an invoicing and inventory system for repair shops. Out of the box it is focused towards autmotive repair shops but can be readily changed for any sort of shop without any knowledge of coding or recompiling the application.

PKSampler project is a live-dj tool. It is different from other "live DJ tools" in that it focuses on allowing the user to mix lots of samples at once. The focus is on a simple touchscreen interface that allows quick access to user supplied loops and samples.

phpDEV project provides a framework for any php development. It includes users, setting, session, elements and template management as a base to build upon. All base functionality has full web based management included, where you take it from there is up to you.

axWebEd is a PHP script which creates backups from a mySQL-Database at given time intervals.

phpMyBackup creates backups from a mySQL-Database at given time intervals and stores them in a gz-compressed file on your webserver. An interface to restore the database is included.

wxCam is a webcam application for linux. It supports video recording (in an uncompressed AVI format), snapshot taking, and some special commands for Philips webcams, so you can also use the program for astronomy purposes.

It supports video for Linux drivers, so it should work on a very large number of devices.

phpWebPROXY provides a simple Web proxy written in PHP.

It allows you to run your Web surfing through your own Web server and bypass filters which may be between you and what you want to see.

It supports cookies, and its Web-based location bar lets you move around the Web easily.

gzinc is a pygtk2 front-end for the zinc emulator.

Current version is intended to work with zinc 1.1.

The project features a list of the all or detected games, with a screenshot.

It can also check the archives of the games, or display the game name as OSD.
